Nach unserer Inspektion bemerkten wir, dass nicht die Matratze durchhing, sondern der darauf befindliche Topper nicht mehr von guter Qualität war. Der Topper wurde ausgewechselt, und mein Team hat in der Annahme dass Ihnen die Matratze zu weich sei noch ein dünnes Bettbrett zwischen Topper und Matratze platziert. Dies wurde aus bestem Wissen und Gewissen getan, wurde aber nicht an Sie kommuniziert.
