Veldig komfertablet for en natt på flyplassen, men koden til skapet/ rommet funket ikke på morgen når jeg skulle dra. Så slet med å få ut skoene mine, skulle gjerne hatt tilgang til en resepsjon i det tilfellet. Etter et par telefoner fikk jeg åpnet låsen.

The signs might be misleading but it helped to watch some YT videos prior. The capsule was comfortable and convenient. Had all the basic amenities you need and friendly to use. Staff was helpful and kind. Only set back was that the bathroom was on the 1st fl.

It is a bit claustrophobic. if you are in the upper pod, the steps leading up to it are awkward and possibly dangerous. There is no standard electrical outlet inside, and you need a USB to charge your phone very slowly.

My first time in a capsule hotel, I founded very cute, the sheets super white, spacious because was a Queen bed, quiet (around 1:00 a.m), the check in after I found the place, was quick, the receptionist very helpful. Very nice experience, highly recommended.

The property was difficult to find, and on B2 with the nearest toilet on B1. The mattress is not queen sized, if taller than 6ft2 you might not fit. However it could fit 2 adults and small child if needed. It was clean, in a quite location, with a 7/11 about a minutes walk away. Leaving is made easy and getting to your connecting flight is no problem - took just over an hour to get back through customs and into duty free/eatting area.

The person who attended the property and checked me in was very nice and helpful. The inside of the capsule is very clean and spacious. The lockers are pretty spacious too.

The bathroom is too far to walk at night , if it is upstairs , not so convenient . This is fog young people . It was better than sleeping on the chair in the airport but I was there less than 4 hours , if is hard to organize your stuff .

Very good location and internal condition for this Capsule hotel, just that the inconvenience of access to washroom. Have to walk a long way to an upstairs public washroom, which is full of people and not clean at all. Need to build a dedicated one near capsule hotel area for hotel guests only.

Everything was clean, comfortable and perfect for a few hours sleep, as advertised. It was hard to find/ no signs. The description on the website could explain that you go down all the way towards the train to find it. Also would be great to have a restroom that was closer. I would pay a little extra to use the Boxtel restrooms if you could have a share arrangement

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. I didn’t have high expectations but this was the most affordable and convenient option for what I needed when I arrived late at night in Bangkok. It was easy to check in and the lady was very kind. Felt safe in the capsule as there was a passcode and a chain lock. The capsule itself was bigger than I thought it would be. The only downside was that there wasn’t a bathroom on the same floor. You have to go up to the first floor.

Great capsule experience, except for the bathroom facilities. The closest bathroom is 1.5 floors up and doesn’t have a shower. I’d still book again in the future.

The novelty of sleeping in the pod in the basement of an airport/train station was amusing, and the convenience for next day's 5am checkin was great. Friendly and helpful staff and a spotlessly clean pod, but the location, physical requirements of getting in and out of the pod, and lack dedicated bathroom facilities (and no showers) might make it unsuitable for some. I enjoyed my night there.

部屋の中も広く、Wi-Fiもある 部屋の中で作業ができる 長時間空港で待つためにベッドでちゃんと寝たい、個室で作業したいという人にはおすすめ 近くのトイレはお勧めしない（スタッフの方も教えてくれた） 空港内の1階や2階のトイレを使っていました

Overnight layover. This capsule is just before the exit to Thai Rail Station, on the basement/lowest floor. Quiet area at night. A nice and informative young lady waits at a small table until last guest arrives. Thanks! Bathroom is 200m down a hallway. Follow the signs, and as it's a public, airport facility, there are no showers. Take wet-wipes to clean up for next flight! I would use it again, and I slept great.

午前0時頃に到着する予定だったため、翌朝の行動がしやすいように、空港内にあるホテルでの宿泊を決めました。普通のホテルもありますが、たかだか6時間程度の滞在に10,000円以上も払えないため、このカプセルホテルにしました。日本のカプセルホテルとは違い、鉄道の空港駅から空港へ向かう地下フロアに直接カプセルユニットが設置されています。その辺を気にしないのであれば、とても便利な立地とリーズナブルな値段に満足です。ただし、チェックイン時に係員が席外しで不在のこともありますので、そこはおおらかな気持ちで待っててあげてください。 なお、カプセルユニットの内部は、クイーンサイズベッド程度の広さがありますので、狭苦しさは全く感じません。（あくまでも、カプセル慣れをしている人向けではありますが…） どちらにしても、神経質な方には無理な環境であるのは確かです。

Checkin was convenient and the staff person was very helpful. The door sticks a bit and I got a bit concerned that I as stuck inside. There is no air conditioning, just a fan that does not really blow any air so it was quite warm for me. Also, the mattress was very firm, not comfortable

It worked for the night in the Bangkok airport. My girls, and I only could sleep til 2am, but we did get 4 hours in between bathroom breaks down the hall.
