«THis is a nice hotel in Bacolod. It's inside the city center and close to all you need to see and do when in the city, and otherwise taxi and public transport are just outside the door. The room was clean, but the bed wasn't really cmfortable: the mattress and pillow were quite hard. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all I had a decent stay and would consider staying here again a next time.»

«Stayed here for 13 nights at the Grand deluxe room, the room itself was half ok, the bed was two (maybe) 4 foot beds put together so you could feel the crack in the middle. First impression is that the bed is huge and the ac cover had fall down, the colors of the room was quite dark and the lighting was very white. At closer look there was two water bottles a kettle and coffee cups but no coffee. The fridge in the room didnt work. We had a room on the fifth floor which the reseptionist told us ...
