The room has rugs that have not been shampood for who knows how long. tub was backed up while showering. the soda machine did not work. Upon checking in i was told to sign a document state the only 2 people in room with no pets and told that check put time was at 11am at any time did he explain or warn me of anything else. UPON ARRIVAL TO THE ROOM i had to fix the TV myself to make it work and had no toilet tissue upon checking out at 11am i went to my car loaded it with my belongingsdrve up to the office to check out and get my $20 key deposit and he told me that i should choose between forfeiting the $20 or charge my credit card $30 plus tax for taking 10 minutes from my room to the office. I as a consumer as well as a business owner for 38 years i see this as a tactic to take your cash deposit upon exiting the premises and also did not want to hear any of the same complaits that i have posted on this review. Please do yourself a favor spend a couple of dollars more bu don't go to this outrageous filthy lodging because you will regret it

It was priced ok for what it was, but did not compare favorably to the other similarly priced hotels in the area. The staff did not replace the towels or clean the room for the entire week I stayed there. The man at the desk rudely said I should have asked for that service but did not tell me that I had to ask for it when I checked in. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that required a cash deposit to check in.

Manager is unreasonable, lazy, rude, and rips you off. If you extend stay eveb a day, he wants u to either pay an xtea $75 for "early check-in" or check out for 4 hrs and come back at 3.

The bolt lock was broken no screens in windows smelled so badly of mold had go buy candles .clean clothes smell funny now.bed covers underneath sheets looked like bed bug markings on them . I would not recommend at all.had to open window and door to air out from the moldy oder.i didnt get the room i put in for initially i had to pay extra for the room i initially chose.after i was told i did not select it

You get what you pay for. Fist fights in parking lot. Man verbally assaulting housekeeper. Extremely rude manager. I booked an additional day. No where to store luggage. You must be off property 11 to 3. Instead moved to Days Inn, clean, safe, polite and helpful staff.

There was bodily fluids on all the surfaces of the room, not limited to the walls, carpets and chairs in the room. There was garbage on the bed, the bathroom was moldy and there wasn’t sufficient lighting in the room. The person at the desk was rude, first refused to give us a refund then blamed Expedia for us not being refunded for the room. We did not stay there, even though we paid for three nights. We lost over $150 for the weekend. Once you get there they charge $15 per night for parking as well. The entire experience was a nightmare.

I booked room for 2days. The morning of second day i was called and told if i didnt pay $75 at 11 a even though i prepaid reservation i was to leave and come back at 3p for checkin. Worst experience ever. Glad i didn't book a week or long that means everyday you have to pack your stuff check out n they want $75 plus $55 for already booked room in a deserted area thats $130 a day. Run down motel. Rip off dont go there u will get robbed and stranded n definitely dont take your kids there. To my knowledge thats illegal they cant do that how are they getting away with it n how many vacationers stay did they ruin

First of all I didn't know that we needed a $20 cash deposit and I only had what money I had to rent the room until 1:00 a.m. and the man wouldn't let me wait until 1:00 a.m. to pay him the $20 deposit and my room has no air conditioning it was hotter than hell and he said that he didn't have another room he could put us in and there was many rooms that were not rented so I'm very very unsatisfied with this stay

Was asked for a credit card which was photocopied by registration and a cash payment of twenty dollars for a deposit. Room door didn't close completely and the room was in poor condition. Bathroom door had hole punched in it and multiple cigarette burns on the plastic tub wall. Beds were like sleeping on hay. Towels were reused and not washed. Toilet paper holder was just a roll stabbed on the broken holder. If you are looking for a place to do heroin or dismember a dead prostitute this is it! If you want a cheap quiet semi clean place to crash go elsewhere.

I made a reservation for 2 days for rest and zoom meetings. The motel advertised WiFi, yet the room I was in had 0 wi if and had to use my hot spot in which I had to pay for extra for. This was a major inconvenience especially for paying the amount. The front desk gentleman was ignorant, kept cutting me off , attempted to make me ( a female ) feel like I was beneath him. I’m highly disappointed.

Room 117 is now the cleanest room cuz i had to clean it myself (which was why i asked if house keeping was needed) There was blood all over the bathroom, on the bedding. Unwashed blood on the bedding to be exact. Even on the comforter. The towels in the room were dirty and used just folded. Im glad i brought my own blankets and towels. Cant put anything in the microwave for more than 2 minutes. The outlets are loose, you wont be charging your phone there. Or plugging anything in. The wifi doesnt work But atleast the fridge is cold

Floor wasn't vacuumed, towels were dirty thank goodness we brought our own. The table in our room was completely lopsided and tilted. Only good thing I can say is there were No bugs or visible mold.
