Very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and great for family of 5 since there was a couch bed. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and they had gluten free options for my son with Celiac.

Parking instructions were confusing. You pay $25 per day but when you go into the parking garage you have to get a ticket every time you enter and have to get it validated at the desk or you will be charged when leaving.

Room had some moldy spots in the bathroom and the room was also very musky. Didnt seem like good circulation in the room. A few of the staff were also rude. I enjoyed the gym area.

I enjoyed my time here. The room looked amazing. I was not expecting a kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, I especially like the fact that the knobs for the shower was behind me and not directly under the shower head. Breakfast was good. They had a good selection and the seating area was ooen to be more inviting. So all the things I look for was covered. I didn't know there was a $25 parking fee, but i guess thats due to the area. I still give my experience a 10 out of 10.

Not the greatest check in experience. Air conditioning/heater in bedroom very noisy and couldn’t switch off. Breakfast good but long wait for if you want hot food (as only one chef and one person at a time).

Everything was great! We only stayed one night. Loved the pool and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was that the parking was extra $25! The breakfast could be better as the hot plates were prepared in advance and it was cold. The hotel staff was very nice. It was beautiful great area, really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience!
This was our second stay at the Element. There’s a reason we came back! Excellent service from EVERY staff member we encountered! During our stay, someone set off the fire alarm while they were cooking, and even that event was handled with perfect professionalism. The hotel is clean but still inviting. The room was spacious and we could have been comfortable there for a much longer stay. The breakfast was excellent and still pretty healthy. It was just an excellent experience overall. We are so grateful to everyone there who made our stay so enjoyable!
