I think for a quick night stay it was great, the beds were clean, easy to park. Very quiet area, easily accessible. The free breakfast was bad. And the bathroom, or elevator didnt seem clean.

The king size bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were nice. The faucet pressure in the bathroom was very low and at times not very functional. The shower water was often cold and would take about 10 minutes to heat up (no exaggeration). After taking a shower, the bathroom would flood with water, only having a single drain, which never helped it drain completely. That became uncomfortable. The floors of the walk in shower and bathroom had also not been cleaned very well upon arrival. On our second day in town, I asked for a new set of towels and they only had one towel, hand towel, and floor towel to give me; they had nothing else to spare. The pool area was not kept up, rocks in the pool, trash on the ground and clearly not well kept. It was a place to sleep for a couple of nights but nothing more. Wouldn’t recommend!

We stayed for one night and the only downfall is no hot water in the shower, other than that everything was good and clean. Also if you stay in the first floor, you may hear noise from the ballroom parties they have going on.

No hot water the first day Internet not working on and off The iron not working telephone not working poor customer service he supposed to get a breakfast. There was lots of parking and rooms were clean. The bathroom had a high counter with a vessel sink making it challenging for children to use. The plumbing was leaking next to the toilet, which I wanted to tell the front desk about in the morning but staff was non-existent. For checkout I just tossed my key in a pile that others started by the front desk computer. The complimentary breakfast was, as my husband describes, a joke. It was barely stocked, the waffle batter was so runny that the minute you touched the waffle to get it out it deflated like a melted balloon and you had to peel it off the iron. Price was food and easy to get to the aquarium.

I went with my family, I felt safe, the breakfast was delicious, although on the last day there was no cereal and my son couldn't eat because he is allergic to eggs, but the service was good and the room was clean. I would definitely stay in the same place again.

I was disappointed by the brand, Best Wester. I was expecting the service I regularly receive from this chain. The absence of staff was noticeably, specifically during breakfast. The room’s beds were unacceptable. The mattress needs to be replaced. There was a very unpleasant smell in hall.

Had a worst experience not safe for family stay...I was travelling with my son 11 years old booked for 2 days. At 3 am hearing a continous knock sound on the wall for 2 hours reported to front desk ask them to change room they denied when i asked i want to leave please cancel my 2nd day stay they denied. I didn’t stayed for 2 night cannot risk my kid life and stay next to psycho. The hallway smell like weed... The hotel management didn't have a courtesy to refund my 2nd night stay guys my humble requeat this place ia not safe for kids and family

So I get to my room after a long 4 hour drive of course the first thing I wanted to do was take a shower towels were obviously old and out dated as one of my towels had paint or nail polish on it. That wasn’t the worst part , there was literally no hot water none!!! I called the front desk and I was told a new boiler was installed to let the water run for a min. Ok no problem I literally left went to get food while the shower stayed running came back water did not even attempt to get hot. I called down again and spoke to a manager his name was Randall he inform me the same that maintenance ensured him that everything was connected correctly so I told him to come up himself to feel the temp of the water he said no it was ok I said well can you change me rooms or something he stated there were no other rooms available and that he would refund my money. Something told me to go down stairs to double check the vacancy of the hotel I really wanted that hot shower and while going down the elevator I meet a gentleman that literally was upset his water wasn’t hot as well and stated to me that they were changing his room so they mysteriously came up with a room after telling me they didn’t have any so at this point I was over it I made sure I got the managers name to ensure I got my money back

Found roaches in the bathroom, ac had mold and rust on it, absolutely no hot water or water pressure and the walls were so thin you could hear everyone on the floor and above you go in and out of any room. We left a day early because we couldn’t bare to be there another day and risk roaches in our stuff. It’s also not in a safe area.

There was a roach on my door handle, the carpet was wet, all of the pillow cases were dirty, and the shower handle came off in my hand.
