Gode dager i Athen
Forholdvis bra hotel med høflig, hyggelig og hjelpsømt personal og brukbar avstand til Sentrum og noen av byens atraksjoner. Har brukbar basseng som er noe sjeldent i Athen. Bra frokost.

En overnatting i familierom med 3 barn. Normal romstandard, men vindu på bakkeplan som ikke lot seg låse var en utfordring. Fint lite basseng på taket med restaurant.

Very nice hotel, with a nice roof garden and good breakfast. The hotel is about five metro stops from the centre of Athens, so we relied on public transport or taxis to get anywhere. However the staff was not as helpful as I would expect from a four star hotel and the beds were very uncomfortable, so it was a relief to get to our next destination.

Worst experience ever. My hotel room had bed bugs and when I asked for refund so I could change hotel they were reluctant and made my stay miserable. One could argue bed bugs could be found everywhere, however the service after experiencing this should be very good.

Be prepared for large groups
This hotel caters to large groups. This is our 4th time here. Several groups of students were there at the same time. Noisy, unsupervised, locked up elevators by pushing all buttons, making it difficult for those of us who needed to use it. Staff did what they could. Wish adults in charge of group were more proactive.

The hotel is very clean, updated with a nice pool on roof. All the staff are helpful a d polite. A little distance from center but cab was 6 euros. Counld see the Parthenon and highest mount in area.

Athens Zafolia Hotel is in the center of Athens, specifically on Alexandras Ave., one of the major and central avenues of the city. Our location offers easy access not only to all historic attractions, but to important business and medical areas of the city as well. Means of transportation besides cabs, are available outside the hotel, as the buses crossing Alexandras Ave. are going directly to the historic center and the metro station as well.

The charge includes hotel services such the accommodation of the extra person, extra linen and towels, buffet breakfast, and use of the facilities. Best Hotel So Far
The staff are very helpful, polite and professional. Every request is attended to ASAP. The Toilets are so clean could eat my dinner in them with no problem. Cleaning Service is top notch. The Breakfast is good, typical fusion of Greek and American Causine. We missed the Baked Beans and Harsh Browns. But it was OK. Loads of variety.

Lovely hotel with great rooftop pool area. We used the hotel for 1 night after our flight had been deferred for 24 hours. Excellent breakfast and good sized rooms. Reception staff were really helpful. Only down side is limited dining options in the area in the evening but you could take a taxin to the busier parts of the city.

Please note that are windows have been upgraded to soundproof windows and no noise can reach the rooms as long as they remain closed. The noise is as in any other city center hotel. Regarding our bathrooms kindly note that due to their construction type there is no room for further modifications. Fresh fruit are always available in our breakfast among more than 52 other products. We do hope that you had the chance to be informed by our staff how easy is to reach the historic center using the public transportation. Πολυ καθαρο και μεγαλο δωματιο.Κλεισαμε 3κλινο,υπηρχαν στην ουσια 2 δωματια με 2 τηλεορασεις.Πολυ βολικο.Πολυ καλη ηχομονωση στον θορυβο του δρομου. Πολυ πλουσιο πρωινο, Ανετο κλειστο παρκινγκ/ Το μονο αρνητικο ηταν τα σκληρα και αβολα μαξιλαρια. Τελος ο σταθμος μετρο Αμπελοκηποι ειναι περιπου 12-15 λεπτα χαλαρο περπατημα.Υπαρχει βεβαια και σταση λεωφορειου ακριβως απεναντι που παει στο μετρο.

Nice staffs and clean room. Little far away from downtown, but taxi is not expensive to ride on less than €10 . With reasonable price and quiet street comparing near Plaka area,

The elegant. Very clean and exotic. The pool in the roof was amazing it's 7ft deep. Also the scenery and view on the roof is breath taking.
