Kjempeflott hotell!
Kjempeflott hotel med supre fasiliteter.Jevnt over svært god kvalitet på mat, rom, og hotel området. Flott sted med nydelige blomster og beplantning, bassengområdet var topp. Det eneste som er å utsette er at det ligger noe avsides, og man må ha leiebil/ta taxi for å komme seg andre steder. God service. Vi kommer tilbake!

Everything was nearly perfect except my room’s AC was not cooling as it should. I did report it but it was late in the day and it wasn’t on time before my departure.

Dissapointing
We were not expecting this type of accomodation, it was way too hectic and it felt like I was in Las Vegas not a beach resort. I booked this hotel on recommendation so it was my fault that I came here, having not done research on the type of accomodation. The rooms were not soundproof we could hear our neighbours all times even when they were watching tv, I mentioned that to reception at checkout and they said I should have complained and they would have sent security. I would have preferred a quiet beachfront resort, and this is totally opposite. The staff were all amazing very professional and attentive to all our needs.

Hotel op retour. Zeker geen 5 sterren. Ouderwetse kamers. Ontbijfbuffet zonder verse vruchtensappen. Ze zwembad als haringen in een ton. Geen plaats ts de zetels a zwembad. Teleurstellend personeel. Niet geschoold Prachtige ligging . Dit is uiteindelijk de grote troef v dit hotel. Wij komen niet terug.

This is a beautiful property however we were there at off season (Oct 3). Bartender was not overly friendly which resulted in us seeking a restaurant outside the hotel rather than stay at hotel. Check in was AMAZING!!!! Breakfast and service was also AMAZING! The property is someone secluded and the village restaurants although highly rated we’re closed for the season.

It’s good but I don’t think I would stay there again. Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Not close to the beach, they have an old shuttle to take you to a public beach 20 mins away and the beach isn’t really impressive. Bed and sheets aren’t luxurious. Toiletries are aqua di Parma which was nice.

Hotel needs updating but in fairness, the staff more than make up for it. Breakfast is wonderful, lunch crazy expensive. Having a car is almost a must.

Great location rooms are in poor condition. Bed and pillows are extremely hard and outdated furniture. Distance from main lobby was 3 min walk without access to elevators in difficulty walking terrain. Breakfast amazing. There is a serios transportation issue on the island. We were left stranded at a restaurant 20 min away from hotel with any taxi or any other form of transportation available at 1 am.

We would like to inform you that inside the hotel we have different room categories all insert in an amazing and particular landscape. Inside Poltu Quatu Village there are many restaurants in a 3 minutes walking distance and of course if you want to have a dinner in other restaurants outside Poltu Quatu you are 6/7 minutes distance by car and is normal that during the hight season it will be more difficult to find taxi or transfer if you don't have your own car. We would like to thank you also to have specially mentioned our Breakfast. All our staff made a great work in guaranteeing the highest level of service and leading operations in a natural and friendly way to make Guests feel all the warmth of our hospitality. Disappointing
Positives - pool area is nice, sadly didn’t get to use it because of the freak weather though! Spa facility is decent for a half an hour break. Breakfast is great. Room is decent and clean. Negatives - definitely not a 5 star hotel. Was given a twin not a double. Only 1 restaurant in the port open and that was the one in the hotel. Complete rip off in the restaurant and bar. Generally unwilling to show prices (no room mini bar prices available even when I tried to ask reception, refused point blank to give me a wine list in the restaurant and was just told, it’s a Vermentino and will be about £70-80 euros. Ok Mr Vague. As a regular visitor to Sardinia and I booked this for my 40th birthday I was a bit gutted tbh.

Private hotel and really nice site but very expensive! Like one small Beer cost's 7 instead of normal 3,5 euros and now I change my hotel to a nice beach hotel on the west north coast at Castelsardo wear it's normal Italien cost and very nice:-)

Regarding our prices we would like to inform you that our bar menu is based on the average prices of the Emerald Coast and if you will check the price list also from other resort inside the same area you will find all prices even highter. Castelsardo is an amazing countriside in the North part of Sardinia Island but of course in that area the prices are lower. Das Hotel entspricht keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Unser Zimmer war mangelhaft: Fernseher defekt, eine Lampe defekt. Ich verstehe nicht, wie im Internet die guten Bewertungen zu Stande kamen, zumal andere Gäste die gleiche Einschätzung geäussert haben.

Incredible resort, We had an incredible time. Staff were very friendly and kind to us. Not exactly kid friendly but we made it work. The main restaurant does not allow children and the atmosphere is a more quiet and relaxed one. That didn't stop us from having fun but I will admit I often felt like we were bothering people.

Would not consider this as a five star hotel. Staff very untrained and not accommodating. All the additional services as well as food and drinks at the pool are hugely overpriced for the quality delivered.

A Payer une tel prix, on s’attend à avoir une chambre avec une belle vue. Nous nous sommes trouvés dans une chambre où la vue était plus médiocre que l’hotel 3 étoiles dans lequel nous étions précédemment sous prétexte que c’etait Qu’une chambre classique. Je n’y retournerais pas même si dans l’ensemble l’hotel était très beau.

It’s a village unto itself . Nice accommodations on an amazing. Piece of property. Good selection of restaurants around the marina . Shuttle to beaches . Great size pool . Great shops .. club music .. could use coffee machine into rooms .
