«We enjoyed our two night stay in at Mirbeau in early April. The spacious room was clean and the corner fireplace made it feel luxurious and cozy at the same time. Dining on the heated patio for both dinner and breakfast did not disappoint. Overall, the hotel and spa service and facilities were excellent. We will definitely return. »

«The hotel and property are exceptional. The only complaint I have is that late night room service was advertised until 4 a.m. and we could not get in touch with anyone. We called multiple times, and ended up calling the front desk to have them find someone. This was a bit frustrating. Other than that, due to the casino being a smoking casino, the hallways still smelled a bit smoky, as did our room, despite it being nonsmoking. »

"We visited Salamder for 3 nights late September and immediately had an incident with the front staff which carelessly handled our luggage and damaged my wifes bag. During our stay the hotel repeately said they would have the right peaople contact us. Never happened. After again experessing our dismay at departure director of hospitality Y. Almodovar contacted us and made an apointmenet to adress our issues over a phone meeting at specified time and date. I was never called and my emails after has been ignored. I will argue that this hotel is undone and in no sense ready for its claim as a 5 star destination. The property is very nice, but poorly managed. I will go elswhere next time im in DC."
