«When we arrived, the hotel was less than two weeks old so everything was new new new! Which I absolutely loved. The downside is they didn’t tell us the hotel would only be at 30% capacity to train the team so the ‘party’ Element was definitely lacking. Also the team were quite untrained at the time with bar staff no knowing what Prosecco is or just the basic cocktails from their own menu. The entertainment staff were UNREALL!! So good and so full of energy throughout! We had the butler service ...
