Vi besøkte dette hotellet for 2. gang og vi var like fornøyd som første gang. Kort avstand til flyplassen, egen strand, mange aktiviteter, god mat, god service og muligheten til å benytte nabo-hotellets fasiliteter er noen av de mange grunner til at vi vendte tilbake dit. Vi har allerede besøkt et 3. besøk i 2016. Ja mange russere og briter, men vi dro ikke dit for å bli kjent med andre skandinavere.

Pros: Gode fasiliteter ift. spisesteder (for eks. 3-4 steder man kan spise lunsj). Morsomme badesklier for barn. Middagen er god, ønsker man noe annerledes enn bufe mat, kan man reservere bord på et av de andre "spesial restaurentene" for 5€ pr. pers. Flinke animasjonsfolk. God kapasitet på solsenger, men vi var der i oktober. Cons: Noe gammelt/slitent hotellrom til tross for at housekeeping var veldig flinke og hyggelig. Dårlig frokost, osten var for eks. svært mistenkelig lite ostaktig. Lite hyggelig og servicevennlig resepsjon. Ps. bassengkantene var veldig glatte og man kunne lett skli og slå seg. Et helt greit All Inclusive hotell for de som ønsker en rolig ferie og ikke har behov for altfor mye.

Var innom hotellet i et døgn, i påvente av et 5 dagers opphold med Eqology på nabohotellet Mardan Palace. Vi er SUPER fornøyde. Halve døgnprisen av MP men ikke halvparten av hva du får for pengene! Kun et lite minus faktisk. Litt mange russere der, og få skandinaver. Språkbarrierer antakelig... Men hotellet!? HELT kångee! :-)

Sure service-personal
Service personal var veldig sure. Det var verst på hovedrestauranen og lobby. I hovedresturanen du kan bli kjört ned av personale med traller hvis du er litt uforsiktig. Jeg opplevde i felere tilfeller at personale kjefter på gjestene. . Sofa , gardiner og vinduer på rommet var skitne . Vi spurte om å få en ren sofa men vi fikk beskjed om at det var helt umulig å få den.

Dårlig service
Sure service-personal, spesielt på resepsjonen og hoved- restauranten. Sofa , gardiner og vinduer på rommet var skitne . Vi spurte om å få en ren sofa men vi fikk beskjed om at det var helt umulig å få den, selv om vi skulle oppholde oss der i 3 uker. Daglig problem med å få nökkelkortet fungere på döra. Vil aldri dra tilbake ditt.

Bra beliggenhet, kort vei fra Antalya flyplass.
Kommer for å trene og restituere. Mitt 3. opphold ved hotellet, det første uten barn. Nå i november måned trente jeg utelukkende på stranden og styrketrening på rommet. Den som heller liker å trene med ulike vekter får fritt gjøre dette i et innholdsrikt helsestudio. Sommertid er det mulig å trene og mosjonere sammen med andre av hotellets gjester i ulike idretter som bl.a fotball (ta med fotballsko), sandvolleyball, vannpolo, bueskyting, dart, aerobic, bordtennis og tennis. Hotellet har et innholdsrikt badeland, og man få også fritt benytte seg av nabohotellets badeland, restauranter og aktivitetstilbud. Barn og voksne har mulighet til å få gratis innføring i dykking. Dette foregår i begge hotellenes største basseng. Barna mine (8 og 11 år) vil ikke reise andre steder i sommerferiene enn til Topkapi Palace Hotel, og de ønsker å bo der lenger for hvert år. De finner alltid mat de liker ved måltidenes rikholdige buffeter og venner fra mange forskjellige land. Faktisk veldig bra kvalitet på kveldsunderholdningene og det er Tyrkisk aften hver fredag. Veldig positivt med bare 25 minutters reise fra flyplassen til hotellet.

We stayed 4 nights at Swandor Hotel & Resort Topkapi Pałace. We enjoyed our vacation there but we were little bit disappointed that in la carte restaurants there is additional charge for dining options. In all inclusive resort everything suppose to be included in the price and quests need to know about it. We like night shows & live music very much, so entertaining was amused. The most memorable experience in dining area was dinner in Kebab House( Hürrem Restaurant) where dining service was really good. We love Turkish hospitality and especially Ruken ( waitress)& Mazhar ( waiter) were the most likable people in entire resort. They were always smiling and greeting us with outgoing personality. Overall, we had a pleasant holiday with my husband. It is a welcoming family resort with narrow access to private beach area.

The resort is fairly average, it is a decent size but could do with more of its staff speaking English. The taxi ordering is a bit farcical. Restaurants are decent but could do with being open longer. We had a medical emergency, someone turned up around 20 min's after; was ridiculous. We did receive some positive experiences from members of staff, so it wasn't all dire. We asked for our rooms to be close together, and had to change rooms on the second day; due to the hotel not actioning our previous request - sigh. However, for an average stay would recommend this resort; would give it a 6 out of 10.

The resort was a decent size, fairly clean and had a nice atmosphere. However, the amount of staff that were unable to speak English was shocking, also not all staff were courteous and we had a medical emergency - but the response time was unacceptable.

Wish I could say better things - I had to ask for an iron & board 3 times, asked for a alcohol free drink he put alcohol in it - lucky I always observe & he was really dismissive about it when I said no alcohol as if I’m a inconvenience! Some staff are just rude and entitled they really ruin it for the hardworking ones - made me pay for a glass that broke in the room when they admitted it wasn’t my fault (£90) They really need to work on their customer service in Turkey in general. Overall my little boy enjoyed it hence the 3 stars

The hotel is great in terms of how clean it is and has lots of different pools. But the food lets this hotel down BIG TIME. If you like eating buffet style food for Breaky, Lunch & Dinner. Same food is served every morning, every lunch & every dinner. Not sure how a hotel can get away with saying they have 5 resturants when they all open at different times. I’ve been on many holidays but this really did let it down for us. Not to mention some the staff cant be bothered to help you. Then there is the odd staff member who are just outstanding. It’s also not located near Lara beach which is good 15mins drive away.

Es gab keinen Basketballplatz und es wurde auch nicht dabei geholfen mit dem Hotel nebenan, welches einen hatte eine freundliche Absprache zu treffen! Es sind mehrere Anläufe nötig gewesen, um überhaupt unser Anliegen verständlich zu machen. Am Strand waren Bauarbeiten an den Stegen, d.h. diese konnten wir gar nicht begehen. Im März war nur das Hauptrestaurant und die Snack-Bar geöffnet. Das warme Schwimmbecken war durchgängig nutzbar.

We chose to visit this dreadful place for our friend's birthday, and it turned out to be our worst holiday experience ever. We stayed for four nights, and from the moment we arrived to the day we left, this hotel was undoubtedly one of the worst choices. The staff were unhelpful and had the audacity to reprimand us for making noise in our own room at night, which is unacceptable for a resort. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned once during our entire stay. They also misled us about the availability of food and activities, claiming they only start in April, despite no mention of this on their website or during booking. They were uncooperative, making our stay difficult and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here; it's a complete rip-off and a scam. Don't trust the photos or half of the reviews; find somewhere else.The staff, particularly the bellboys, were utterly useless. The food was also terrible and gave all of us food poisoning, and we intend to take further action regarding this matter.

The property is great. Lot of dining options. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Some part of the resort is underconstruction during our stay. The concert at night is a bit loud. We can still hear it even all doors and windows are close. Check-in/out is easy. We asked for assistance to book a taxi for us. Unfortunately the taxi that arrives don't want to use the meter (asked for a fixed rate higher than what it should be) and we have no other choice but to take it otherwise we will be late for our scheduled bus. It will be better if the hotel have contact with a reliable taxi company that will not take advantage of their guest. FYI, taxi number is 07 T 4273 (KUNDU TAKSI). Please don't call that taxi company again.

Everything was perfect during our stay in the duplex, except for the lack of air conditioning. Despite this small inconvenience, we had an incredible time as a family. I must mention that the staff, especially Fatima from guest relations, were amazing.

Excellent food and accommodation. Big rooms and nice balcony. Food was great, varied even though only one restaurant was open since off season. Outdoor heated pool was great, wished they’d heat the other pools which were icy! Ham-man and sauna could have been cleaner.
