Wifi reception is very pool , and You can NOT have wifi internet CONNECTION, Bath room and shower room is vey small and bath tab and under shower sink is very bad and the water doesn’t go through out and stay on ground 😕

Nice stay in this hôtel, Little crispations from the staff they look like not used to foreigners!!!! Equipments in rooms need a real refresh, if you call the reception from room they don’t respond, you have to get once more to the reception desk, tv only Turkish programs, nobody tells you about internet connection WiFi until you ask!! The hotel surrounding are commercial center with plenty of good restaurants and shopping too. Good point in this hotel is cleanness, breakfast too plenty of choices. The bad note is about the staff they are not really used to 5 stars hotel business, they lack professionalism ( in my sens). Magnetic doors cards are disabled the morning before leaving so if you get out to have your breakfast, you can’t reach the room once more unless you get to the reception in order to activate it.!!!!!! The hotel is Worth 4 stars. When you're in a five star Hotel don’t talk about what will cost you this ans that !! You are here to have a nice stay and money is not a problem for you!! Still nice stay.

I think this experience was one of the most disappointing. A pricey '5' star hotel but barely reaches a 3 star. The room is not properly maintained/cleaned, with dust and stained mirrors, the bathroom has loads of scale, not even near 5 star as I said. The bed and pillows uncomfortable, even though offering 3 types of pillows, still did not match expectations. I paid to have breakfast additionally, poor choice and not tasty, regretting this extra, does not worth the money. It was really the first time I experienced that. The only good thing was that it was close to the hospital and the staff was lovely. Do not think I will come back.
