«The property was amazing, very peaceful, and beautifully manicured. The house had everything we needed and the outdoor living space was especially nice. The housekeeper was wonderful and so very helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars in every category is because there was only air conditioning in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The listing made it seem like the whole house was air conditioned (or at least all the bedrooms). I would come back again and again!!»

«This was the worst experience I ever had booking a vacation. I booked the reservation in early August. Constantly tried to communicate with the host for couple of months and didn't get any response. Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group. «No nos quedamos en esa propiedad, tuvimos que irnos a los 20 minutos de llegar, hacia mucho frío y no había agua caliente ni calefacción, las calles para llegar son muy peligrosa y son montañas que el carro que rente no podía subir y la calles son muy estrecha. En esa montaña no hay un lugar donde comprar comida.. es un lugar que está muy alejado del centro y para llegar al lugar se pasa mucha trabajo !! Cancele desde que llegue y solo me hicieron un reembolso de $697 cuando la casa costó $1565  ...

«My stay at Haven hotel in Medelin was fantastic. All the staff was friendly and spoke English, for me that can't speak Spanish this is perfect. The room was clean, spacious and a big nice bathroom compared to other hotels. If you need a hotel in this earea of Medelin this should be you first choice. All nice bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Right across the street is a fantastic restaurant called Carmen. »
