«The location was great!! Two blocks from ocean and easy access. You hear the waves. The house was very clean but if you need a place without stairs this is not the place. The front door leads up 18 very steep steps to main floor where the living/kitchen area is. There is a lovely ground floor master bedroom w/ensuite. «We had a wonderful time on our first trip to St. Augustine. The house is roomy with lots of beds, easy access to both downtown and the area with more chain stores and activities. We drove to the beach parking in about 2 minutes and didn’t have trouble finding parking which was a short walk to the ocean. «Great property. Living area on the third floor gave you a great view of the ocean. Place was updated and had everything you need. The public access to the beach which is just used for the neighborhood is only two houses away and super convenient. Neighborhood is quiet and you are on the beach side of A1A. Great house. «There were 5 of us all in our early 60s. There was so much room in this house! Big kitchen and 2 living room areas. Great master bed and bath. The backyard was the gem of this property. Pool and outdoor cabana were perfect to spend a hot day lounging around the pool. Lots of shade if you need it. Location of the house is perfect! You could walk across the Bridge of Lyons to the historic district. The host was very responsive to our quick questions. We will definitely be back!»

«10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. "Hyggelig motell i gangavstand til Historic district. Vi valgte dette stedet fordi vi leste andre anmeldelser om nærheten til alt og renholdet. Ble litt skuffet over renholdet, da det ikke var veldig bra. Gulvet var så seigt og skittent at vi ble sorte under føttene. Vasket føttene om kvelden, men allikevel ble gulvet i dusjen svart neste morgen. Kanskje prøve å vaske med mindre såpe? Støv oppå skapet og i skapet, vasket inni skapet selv før vi hang opp klær. Likte ar det var et hyggelig røykeområde, og ikke ble plassert bak et skur eller bakgård😀 likte også mottakelsen og at eier ble med og viste rommet. Veldig hyggelig gest. "
