«Very satisfied with the stay at Villa Donna Rachele. The house is very updated and the grounds and the view were stunning. Enjoyed the outdoor patio especially in the evening. Well equipped with everything we needed. Getting a taxi was difficult at times into Amalfi so we started using the bus to get to town and it worked out well. «The pictures just don't do it justice. The location is absolutely incredibly beautiful. We have travelled alot and we agreed it's the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The house is very conveniently located. There are some stairs to contend with but if you aren't living like the Italians on the Amalfi coast, then you need to stay on a resort / get a hotel room - it's part of the experience. Good location only 10 min from Amalfi, only downside was the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the bedrooms and they need to maintain drains better…one shower backed up and the amount of hair they pulled out to unclog showed the lack of preventative maintenance which inconvenienced us. »

«My wife and I have stayed in many rentals over the years, this property and its owner (Domenico) are by far the best we have ever experienced. One quick story as illustration - within the first hour of meeting Domenico, he insisted that we join him and his family at their home for Christmas Eve dinner. «Great View! Was a little hard to find at first but Antonio was terrific in getting us in, orientated and helping get us around. The bus stop is right outside the house. Unit was clean comfortable and perfect for us. Bedroom was above the kitchen and dining area and you had to go outside and down a few steps to get to that level but it worked. Only negative was it was a little short on hot water! We enjoyed the unit!»

Great location, view and staff.
"Great location in Amalfi. Everything in Amalfi is expensive as a starting point. So compared to many hotels elsewhere, you pay quite a lot for “mediocre” rooms and creature comforts. However, the beautiful sea view from most rooms, the very helpful staff, the perfect location, it all makes it worth it. I had a very nice stay and will gladly stay there next time I’m in Amalfi. "
