Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with.

This hotel is fabulous. The hotel staff is very attentive to your needs and will bend over backwards to make you happy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located as well with easy access to buses and ferries. I will definitely go back there again.

Overall great experience excpet the staff did not assist us in concierge services despite my multiple previous calls and emails asking, but the other guests who were checking in with us had plenty of help with restaruant booking. Not sure why the hotel picked and chose certain guests to help. Hotel also did not have capacity for in-hotel restaurants for dinner but no one told us in advance reservation was needed even though we asked. Hotel service would be improved and I wish they treated all guests the same

The front desk arranged for a few dinner reservations at popular restaurants and we always had the best table once we arrived. The views are breathtaking, the pool area lovely. This place is amazing! The views are gorgeous, the location is perfect. The staff go over and beyond anything that could reasonably be expected. Unobtrusively there whenever you need them. We also had an outstanding meal at the restaurant. The great food kept coming in wave after wave. Kristian was one of the best servers we have ever had. If you are going to Amalfi, splurge and book your stay here and get at least one meal in their restaurant - you will not regret it. It's what memories are made from.

The hotel is stunning. The location is great ( easy walk to Amalfi town) and views are spectacular. Rooms are luxury. This is really an amazing 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great too. Do not hesitate to stay here!
