Agra som by er neppe det mest interessante du vil oppleve i India. Kaotisk trafikk, mye forurensning, ganske skitten. Men Taj Mahal er en fantastisk opplevelse, så det er verdt det hele!

Nice and clean hotel. The restaurant was one of the best food experiences in India and the SPA is the most relaxing hotel area I've been to anywhere in the world. Rooms not as nice as the rest of the hotel (and not what we would call 5 stars in Europe), but still good,

Og ikke minst maten på den ene restauranten vi spiste på er fantastisk. For de som liker indisk mat er restauranten i seg selv verdt et opphold. Er visstnok Agra sitt eldste hotell, og det synes ved enkelte tilfeller. Men alt i alt et godt hotell med god service.

Rommene trenger oppgradering, men helt ok i forhold til prisen. Grei mat på restaurantene, men fikk kald mat ene dagen. God service og god atmosfære. Fint utgangspunkt for et besøk til Taj Mahal, men ikke en by å være lenge i.

Our stay here was excellent. Right from check in to check out was smooth. Ride to Taj from here was only 10 minutes. Property is very well maintained and felt very peace here.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and were expecting a 5 star hotel as indicated via the Expedia booking site. Our first impressions were good up to checkin however our room was tired and needed an update. The room above had a chair or table that was constantly moved a lot which vibrated very loudly into ours. The buffet is extensive and being over Easter there were lots of hot cross buns and other treats on offer. The head chef went out of his way to make sure my wife and daughter’s dietary needs were taken care of. One down side was the number of young children putting their hands all over the food due to a lack of parental supervision. Other staff throughout the hotel did their best to make us feel comfortable throughout our two night stay. Overall I think the 5 star rating is over inflated and I would be pushing to give it a 4.

This was our second time staying at the ITC Mughal and it was better than we remembered. The staff were excellent and were readily available for assistance. The rooms were spacious and clean. Special shoutout goes to the housekeeping staff, not only for making up our rooms but also setting up an extra bed in our room. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Agra!

Beautiful oasis of calm
We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel. The service was great and staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. The only issue we had were the soft pillows and bed which affected our sleep. The staff provided us harder pillows the next day.

Nice enough hotel, convenient for the Taj Mahal. A little more tired than other ITC properties (such as Jaipur). Our room was large and pleasant, but dated, and could have been cleaner. The bar feels a bit ‘transitory’ (there is a corridor running through it). Altogether the stay was fine, and most are only here for a night as that’s all that’s required to see Agra’s main sights. Some staff struggled with English (again not something we’ve experienced at other ITC properties). There was a bit of a faff with the bill on check out - receptionist denied a hold had been placed on my credit card - I had to show him my credit card app to prove it had and then he seemed unsure at how to release it - still pending!

I had placed 2 service requests through phone, both of them for TV/streaming service not working. I had to personally go once to remind them that my TV was not working. Then somebody came and helped. Second time, nobody came to look at the problem even after 12 hours and we anyway were checking out after that. So, I can say don't expect good service in this hotel ! Baaad Service

Not worth it if you want a relaxing stay
Hotel was far too loud and noisy. We had kids running up and die our corridor for what seemed like hours after 9pm. Parents nowhere to be seen. Room was ok but there was a dampness particularly on the bedsheets. The restaurant food was average but overpriced. Went to a fantastic restaurant right across the road where the food was a third of the price. To sum up not worth the money if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

Dated, needs renovation
The property is a bit dated with serious need for renovation. Doesn't offer much in way of a luxury resort besides some gardens. Was staying in a royal suite & the '"club lounge" served in basement was basically a very sad event with 4 cold kebabs & some IMFL Overall way behind other 5* hotels in the area

Amazing architecture, swimming pools and restaurants. Gave it 4 stars as it lacks elevator, which is a must for in 21st century hotel.

Your suggestion for an elevator has been noted and would like to assure you that there is elevator access from the lobby level to the restaurants. Elevator access to rooms was not considered as ours is not a high rise building and the rooms are spread across the property. However, shall definitely be reviewed during future renovations.
