Really nice area with something for everyy. Went for a nice walk at local trail seen beautiful scenery.. Nice and clean with friendly staff

While the pool was great and the breakfast was okay, the room itself was horrendous. The bathroom was very dirty, the wall-mounted hair dryer didn't work, the bathtub didn't drain and collected inches of water during a normal- length shower, the television got over the air channels only and only a few came in good, the bed felt like I was laying on a hundred bungee cords strapped together and gave me the most horrible backache (and I never usually have backaches at all). Honestly the only reason I gave it three stars was because the pool was very nice and some of the people tried. You could tell the staff wished they could do better when you raised a complaint.

The property is dated. The bed was almost 3 foot tall. The TV remote needed batteries and the coax connection was not good to the TV. Staff was nice.

So I read a lot of review and was concerned. The property was fine. A little dated but it was clean and the INCLUDED breakfast was good. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes and they weren't the typical microwaved food. There wasn't any fruit. The wi-fi worked fine. We were only there for 1 night but it met our needs. the cost was less than a chain and the rooms very comparable.

Was in the room for a few minutes and found a bed bug. Everything was really filthy in the room and very beat up. I immediately asked for a refund and checked out.

Great place for the price. Staff were all very friendly. This is an older place but lobby, dining area, hallways are immaculately clean. The place even smells clean! No smell of smoke or any other unpleasant odors anywhere including in my room. Can’t beat it. The hotel sits back a away from the road on a large grassy property away from any other businesses, parking lots etc. I felt very safe. Will definitely stay there from now on when in Adrian.

Get what you pay for I guess. Walls are falling apart and stained. Lamps and windowsills were dusty and there could have been more towels being we had the jetted tub room.

I plan on returning to this motel. The swimming pool is outside and inside, it's connected together. You can go from inside to outside and back inside. Breakfast was average, customer service was great and room was nice.

Side door does not lock. Anyone can walk in. Bags of trash right outside the door for the 2 days i stayed there. Trash everywhere. Dirty tub and floor. Breakfast sucked.

Adrian visitor stays elsewhere next time.
It was not very clean in appearance. There was dust on almost everything. The shower was stained. The rear entrance door was broken to the point it would not close - let alone secure. I reported it immediately. 3 Days later nothing changed.

Has a serious cockroach problem when alerted staff they acted as if they knew and cared less to see the photos and videos.

We didn’t get our room cleaned for the whole stay. We needed cleaned towels our room made and bathroom cleaned which none happened. So disappointed at this place. The breakfast was very plain I’m not coming back here ever again.
