The breakfast was not good quality. The pool was closed even though the gate was opened and we werent told om advance. Power outlets in our room were loose fitting and sparce. Our overhead lamp was birnt out and there was a smell emitting from somewhere in the room (smelled like weed).

Thank you for your precious review,if we not get the permission from the city we cannot open the pool,we was ready for the pool and now its open,The breakfast we are serving is more then 14 items hot.If the guest is having any problem he/she inform the FD for assistance.But sorry for inconvienence.

Bathtub was dirty,room smelled weird. No bar soap available at the sink,had to ask for it.I asked for my senior discount or to honor the promotion they have in their website (1 free night if you spend 3 nights in the hotel) but they told me they couldn’t do it because I made the reservation thru Expedia. Overall I really didn’t like this hotel but was close to the weeding venue in Ackworth. Sadly I choose this hotel over others on the same area.

This was by far the worst hotel (best western) I stayed in. My door was letting in mosquitoes becuz it was unleveled and part open. They staff didn’t help me I had to put a towel in the door. The pool wasn’t operable, was told it was being cleaned and when ask they said they unsure it’s just cleaning. One working was nice but not helpful. Packed some of my stuff and went to stay and swim by my families hotel which is best western kennasaw. It was better. I want my money back from this hotel it was HORRIBLE.

Property an old motel style. Beds are small and the customer service is poor. Skip this place if you have kids with you.

The hotel was okay. It is very old and outdated but was clean. The room is small and the beds are more like a full and not a double, need to update the mattresses as well. The bathroom was small like a closet, barely could get the door open and could not get dressed in there. Would be a decent hotel with some major upgrades.

Room was dated, but was clean which is big, but there were other issues. The room wasn't quiet, meaning that easily hear the other rooms doors open/close and traffic from busy street. Finally, where the free included breakfast area there was no heat and it was 20 degrees outside which made it impossible to eat there.

We booked two rooms. The first room smelled of cat urine. The rooms were outdated and if we weren't so exhausted we would've not stayed because they were so gross/dirty. We checked in at 1 and out at 6. Also when arrived I asked how much a room was and he said $150 when I could book it online for $80 so I told him that and booked it online. Don't book there even if you're desperate.

Disappointed with breakfast
Breakfast on second day did not have the sausages or any meat. Nobody was at the desk for us to let them know that they need to replenish the breakfast items. When we finished breakfast, that is when the staff came out with other breakfast items. Very disappointing.

The workers were nice and great and attentive, however first room they put me in someone had a dog next door was barking and scratching on the walls while I was trying to take a nap after 14 hour trip, So I was moved to the next room which had no heat, finally I got to the third room and that worked out fine until I went to go make a phone call to ask a question to the front desk and the phone in the room was dead. I would not say it's the best hotel to stay at but it's certainly not the worst.

I booked through Expedia. I get to the hotel the clerk tells me he sees my reservation, but Expedia is credit card was declined and they’re not gonna honor my reservation. Then the clerk does a bait and switch and tells me oh I can pay for a room for $150 if I want we had to spend another hour finding another hotel and now Expedia won’t refund my money in the hotel is lying. The management won’t tell them I didn’t stay there. This place is a rip off and a bait and switch and definitely don’t book your hotel online because they will rip you off!!!

Gave us keys at 1:30am to a room that wasn’t cleaned or someone was obviously staying in it . Went back to front desk and the gentleman running the desk thought no big deal.He then gave us keys to another room that was clear in the back and didn’t even tell us either time were the room was located . He was clueless, and not very polite.

Awful manager who wants to charge us for cleaning the sheets, yelling at people, the floors are disgusting, they never have anyone at the desk, laundry facilities don’t work, housekeeping doesn’t help or do anything… I could go on and on about how awful this facility and the staff is. Not to mention, the floors are absolutely disgusting, the manager said they don’t clean all the sheets in between guests, but brags that they are full and have good reviews! Absolutely disgusting.
