The hotel is bigger and less cozy than pictured. The room we stayed in had a half shower that leaked water, an inconsistent air conditioning, and loud construction noise starting at 830 AM.
On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I appreciate their attempts at sustainability.

The staff were all eager to please or solve any problems and had a very pleasant, open attitude. I liked the hotel so much that when I had to change my flight details at the last moment, I went straight back from the airport and stayed three extra nights.

The front desk staff is terrific and were welcoming and accommodating. The small lobby is comfortable with a modern vibe. The complimentary wine hour is a nice touch.
Our room was average at best. It is the typical size of European hotel rooms with basic amenities.
The room cleaning service was hit or miss. On our second day we received one bath towel and the garbage bin in the bathroom disappeared. The complimentary team and coffee was replaced on occasion. The last day dirty coffee cups were left in the room.
The WiFi service didn’t work in our room for 2 days. This is not a big deal unless you were trying to catch up with work.
SP34 is in a good location. The Skt Peders Bageri (bakery) down the street is wonderful and a must visit. The Metro is a few minutes away and we found interesting restaurants nearby.
I rate SP34 as average. The staff made the stay pleasant. If we return to Copenhagen we would opt to upgrade our hotel and stay elsewhere

"Great hotel located close to the city center. The service was perfect, we came here for a couples vacation to celebrate my partners birthday and were greeted by friendly staff who had arranged a nice room with a fantastic view. Very clean and comfortable beds."
