Staff is nice and helpful. In a good area to get to pretty much anything. Liked the valet service, very helpful. Desk staff is good. Get 2 breakfast tix or drink. Get the drinks because breakfast is to busy but you can get the coffee and fruit to go from Starbucks.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is simple but VERY clean I walked around in my room barefoot and no dirt etc. I love there was no carpet! There is no breakfast etc, but directly across the street is a fantastic Italian bakery with coffee etc.

22 Feb 2019We went in off the street, past guards more heavily armed than anywhere we'd seen. You could go to the 3 rd floor on the escalators and there was a bar, restaurant and cafe we could perhaps have visited but we didn't have enough time.
