Great Place just above Fremont, block from the Bridge Troll. Nice walk down to Lake Union. A little tricky getting the key code to work, but once i/wee got the hang of it, worked fine. The garage, as described is a tight fit, but doable. Would stay there again.!

Just returned home from staying 3 days 2 nights at this property. Overall the townhouse was located in a great area, it was very clean and ready for us as expected. Rooms were a great size. Plenty of provided entertainment by the host. The few things I found that were just minor inconveniences:1.The stairs were on the shallow side. I'm a size 11 foot and had to angle my foot just to make sure I didn't fall down the stairs. 2. In the bottom floor room there were no blinds/curtains on the sliding glass patio door. With a clear view of the multi story apartments just across the alley. 3. In both of the upstairs bedrooms not having a bed side lamp was a little inconvenient. As well as not having night stands for one side in one of the rooms. 4. The nails holding on the edge trim on the stairs poked out when stepped on. Poked feet and ripped some socks during our stay 5. Not having a working umbrella to go over the hot tub. Also having to wait a whole day for the hot tub to warm up. Super minor inconvenience.Pros that the property had that would make me want to book with them again: 1. Location. Minutes from downtown, walking distance to Great little bistros and coffee shops. 2. Check in process was the easiest I had come across. 3. The price was too good to not book this place compared to hotels offering the same amenities.

We rented this place for six people. Unfortunately, the fold out bed was not made or supplied with sheets and blankets. We found some within the apartment, but it would’ve been nice to have the bed made. The parking permit was outdated by four months, and we were happy not to get a ticket. I did work to try to get another permit, but the property manager did not follow through. We had difficulty getting the DVD player to operate as there was no remote for it. Alexa said we needed to use our phone as a remote. In the end we rented a video through Prime that was the same one that we had selected from the shelf in the den. The property was clean, but did require us to put towels in one of the bathrooms. On Saturday night, we were in the middle of party Central, and went to sleep with lots of booming music and happy revelers. Sunday night was quiet. The location is pleasant and fun to explore. They were right that the garage is tiny, although if some of the things in the garage were moved aside, it would make getting in much easier. Overall, our stay was OK, but it could’ve been better.

our stay at the Tansion

This property is perfectly located near the Fremont bridge. We loved the location. The unit was relatively clean but could go from an ok property to a great property with a few minor changes. The games in the lower room are in the way and should be removed to make this space actually useable as a bedroom. We packed them up and put in the closet then put them back before we left. The mattress in the sofa bed is so hard it is difficult to sleep on it. Fresh sheets for this bed with blankets and pillows were not easily found. The upstairs bedrooms are fine but there is a large amount of dirt under the beds and night stands. The blinds in both the kitchen and bedrooms are filthy. We did not expect perfection as this property is dog friendly and that worked for us. We did not cook so I cannot comment on the kitchen with regard to how it is stocked. Big tv's in the bedrooms are taking up unnecessary space and take away from the experience vs enhancing it. Overall the this property worked for us but it could have been a much better experience if the following changes are made - Put a good sofa bed in the upstairs living room as this is closer to a bathroom and it is warmer. Make the downstairs room a game room vs advertising it as a third bed - this would better manage expectations. Remove the blinds and replace with something easier to keep clean and require the cleaning crew to move the beds periodically to reduce the amount of dirt in the bedrooms.

Great Place especially if you like Lots of Tech/Big TVs & Right in Fremont

Helpful hint: outside parking can be difficult so make sure that you have a small car for the garage. Beautiful spacious place with much high tech. For example , Four huge big screen TV's including one out by the hot tub. Also a theater & game room. And a little TV in the kitchen.Lots of supplies of things you might need! Tape, batteries, etc. etc.
