Nice area should have been great but lifts didn’t work for 3 days , rooms on ground floor flooded , the net only worked sometimes , We asked front deck to check if we could extend our booking on the first day and a number of days after never got back to use so we moved motels

The rooftop pool area was a perfect way to relax and enjoy the sun and the view was beautiful. The staff were accommodating, some more friendly than others. The rooms were laid out nicely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A short walk to the beach and several restaurants. A very quiet building and well maintained. I will stay again!

Me gusto todo de este lugar, siempre había alguien dispuesto a ayudar en la front desk. Retirado del ruido de la quinta pero a poca distancia tenía tiendas,restaurantes y la playa a solo 5 mins caminando. Me volveré a quedar en este lugar cada que regrese a playa del carmen
