I recently stayed at the Centara hotel in Namba Osaka with my family for three nights. We booked the standard room with a king bed for 2 adults and 1 child, and our overall experience was fantastic. One of the things that stood out to us was the bright and airy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable, providing a pleasant stay throughout. We particularly appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly initiative of using glass bottles instead of plastic for water, showing their commitment to sustainability. During our stay, we unexpectedly dined at the hotel restaurant, Whiskey Nova, on our last night. The meal was outstanding, with both the seafood and steak dishes being well-prepared and delicious. The service at the restaurant was top-notch, and we were warmly welcomed despite our casual attire. The beautiful view added to the overall dining experience, making it truly memorable. Moreover, the hotel's location right at Namba Parks was incredibly convenient for us. Being centrally located made exploring the area much easier, and we found it convenient for dining and shopping options. Overall, our stay at the Centara hotel was a delightful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. From the comfortable rooms to the exceptional dining experience at Whiskey Nova, our time at the hotel was truly enjoyable and memorable.

The Centara was an excellent property from top to bottom. The front desk was incredibly helpful, our suite was perfect and the lounge was wonderful. Absolutely cannot wait to return!

Nice hotel and great staff. The rooms are decent size and the shower room is nice. Water pressure and temperature is great! There is a Lawson and a few restaurants close by. Just would prefer stay closer to a train station. This hotel is not far from the station but after a long day out and about it would be nice to have a closer walk.
