Open living while taking in the beautiful ocean views, plenty of dining space and a loft for family games while interacting with the living area below. Fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, 3 TV's, central HVAC, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, oceanfront covered porch with rockers, covered parking, easy beach access and more. Slightly dated in fantastic location

Stayed here with 3 adults, 3 kids and a dog and it was fantastic. Furniture and some aspects are a bit dated inside but hard to care much about it with this location right on the beach. The flow of the house if perfect for families. We had a couple problems while we were there: the smoke alarm battery needed replaced and the garbage disposal had a problem but staff was out very quickly to address. Would return if given the option.

The property was exactly as presented. We enjoyed the location and had a wonderful fall beach trip!

The view was beautiful. The path to the beach is not directly in front of the property. We had to go to the right or left a house or two to cross the dunes. The 2nd day we were there, we realized the washer was not working properly and the rental company had someone come out the next day. That person couldn't fix it so the company had a 2nd repairman come out the next day. It wasn't fixable so we were without a working laundry the entire week. That was very inconvenient since we packed knowing we had access to a washer and dryer. There was no communication from the rental company about the washer beyond what the 2nd repairman told us which was disappointing. The oven was also very dated and the push buttons were very temperamental. We struggled with it several days. After the situation with the washer, it was just a frustration we dealt with.A plus was there seemed to be adequate hot water for all 6 of us to bathe/clean up after being on the beach. The water pressure was good. The AC worked well.The beds/mattresses were not great. We felt most of the edges were soft and we felt like we would roll to the center of the bed.

location and layout of house

We have stayed here before and especially like the location. The area on the upper landing is perfect for the teens to hang out and enjoy their own activities. . The house does need some TLC however. My son in law removed and repaired the lock on the door from living room to porch. It Stuck badly until fixed. also the latch on the gate from porch to steps to beach is in need of repair. There were some bugs on top of refrigerator.
