Help, Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square North) charged my card and gave no explanation. When I asked for the final invoice this morning the attendant told me that the printer was broken. They had my card number and now I'm checking with my bank and there are several charges. I need an explanation

Perfect location for walking to Times Square and Rockefeller. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to store our luggage prior to the check in time. I would definitely stay here again. There's a parking garage right next door.

I got an eye infection from my stay here. Went to bed and woke up and noticed my left eyelid started to swollen. One day later it was full on pink eye, disgusting. Also stayed in room 2005 which is next to elevators and the noise coming from the elevator's system kept us up all night long. Never again
