Great stay! Pool was so nice and not too cold and never busy. Only negative was the shower was pretty dull, the pressure wasn’t enough to wash but other than that wonderful stay :)
This hotel was very convenient to where I was working, as well as to restaurants and shopping and transportation. The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful, the facility was immaculate, and my room very comfortable and quiet. This is going to be my new “go to”!
My stay was just so so. I was able to check in an hour early which was greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling. Once in the room it was quite tropical. After playing with the thermostat it was either to cold or tropical in the room with no middle ground. After contacting the desk to let them no that the thermostat might be broken they sent a person to check but I don't think English was his primary language and didn't offer up any help. He refused to believe that there was something wrong with the thermostat. The gentleman at the front desk was also unhelpful initially when I told him I was checking out a day early. He said that is fine, stop by the desk on your way out. I said no I don't want to spend any unnecessary time early in the morning at the front desk, that is why I am here now. After going around and around a bit he finally agreed that he could take care of it as we spoke.
The room ordered on line was not the room we were assigned. Plumbing of bathroom sink amateurish, and size of bed smaller than the queen requested. The room itself was small and crowded. Not worth the price paid.
My second stay here, and definitely not my last.
I can't sleep well unless the room is dark, and these are the best blackout shades I've ever found in a hotel room! Despite being close to the 494 Freeway, the room is absolutely quiet. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, and has excellent hamburgers. It's convenient to the freeway, and close to gas stations and a Perkins restaurant about a mile south. I think I've found my go-to hotel for my Minneapolis stays.
Great location around the airport. Extremely clean property, and I am surprised by their indoor pool. The room I got has plenty of space for two people and is comfortable to stay.
Check in was easy. Price was good and room was large, clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shuttle to the airport was easy to schedule and on time. Great Thai restaurant was right down the street and easy to walk to. Highly recommend.
This may be my new go-to hotel when I visit Minneapolis. As a senior, solo woman traveler, I feel safe in this part of Richfield.
It's easy on/off 494 at Lyndale.
The restaurant is open during breakfast and dinner, and has EXCELLENT hamburgers.
It has a small but usable pool and a Jacuzzi.
It's convenient to several gas stations (when you have to gas up before returning your rental car).
It's about a mile from the nearest Perkins, Cub supermarket, and Holiday gas station/convenience store.
They should mention (in their list of amenities) that they DO have microwaves and small refrigerators in the rooms.
They have washers and dryers on the ground floor. The only weird part is that they only take credit cards.
The beds are more comfortable than mine at home (plus I don't have to fight for blankets with my husband or the cats)..
The front desk staff was so kind and friendly and the room was very comfortable! I really enjoyed my stay.

I stay at hotels all over the country. The front desk lady, Esther, has amazing customer service and made things that much better at check in and requesting new key cards, extending the stay, etc. Hotel and room are clean, comfortable, and great value. Will definitely be back!

Nice and clean. Only thing the Curtains were not black out.

I have spoken with our Maintenance manager and we have checked all our rooms to make sure they have blackout curtains and made sure they work. We hope to see you in the future so we can give you a room with blackout curtains.
