Despite what the photos show you , the room was tiny With 2 large suitcases it was hard to move in the room. The staff were rude except the female worker Everything seemed too hard when you asked for advice The first rule of business is look after the client Not to make them feel unwelcome and have no communications with them There was no window in the room and if there had been a fire I don’t know how we would have been able to get our
