The front door opens into a hall (exclusively for No 10) with space for coats and footwear and carpeted stairs rising to the landing where the doors are to both bedrooms, the bathroom and living space. There’s also a big cupboard with more storage space.
LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Designed for relaxing and entertaining, this spacious room has kitchen units wrapping around one corner; a chunky circular table with four colourful dining chairs; and a large sitting area furnished with a couple of generous sofas, a footstool, a coffee table and nest of tables, and a chest with the TV on it.
The kitchen is equipped for catering at home with two electric ovens, a four-ring hob, a Smeg fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and free-standing microwave.
MAIN BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE
An elegant king size bed takes pride of place between bedside drawers and there’s plenty of space to unpack and settle in with a large wardrobe, plus a dressing table with drawers and a mirror. Also a couple of chairs which you could use in the dining room too if you have visitors.

There’s a lovely sunny private courtyard garden round the back of the apartment with a table and chairs. Parking for two cars is by the front door and there's space to store bikes in the garage. Guests will enjoy exploring the area with visits to Aldeburgh, Southwold, historic towns of Framlingham and Orford; and the pretty villages of Snape, Thorpeness and Westleton close by. Keen cyclists and walkers will love exploring the surrounding countryside with woodland and beach routes. Aldringham’s on the outskirts of the town of Leiston which has plenty of shops, an independent cinema, a fascinating museum about the industrial heritage, and a leisure centre with excellent pool for the kids and grown-ups. Sizewell is also 10 mins away from 10 Acorn Close, with its beautiful beach stretching to Minsmere.
One well-behaved dog is welcome but not on the furniture and please respect the neighbours and ensure you clear up any mess outside.
