«This was the most dirtiest place I have ever been to before. The room smelled awful there were burgers smeared all over the walls, stains all over literally everything walls counters and the window curtain even had blood on it. The toilets don’t flush. Burns all over the toilet seat and all the pubes in the sink. Absolutely awful stay far away from this chain. I also have photos of everything as proof.»

«During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag.
