Accidents can happen anytime, but they messed up my breakfast order, and the hairdryer had weird powder inside, I asked for another hairdryer, but they first couldnt provide, only when I insisted. The overall cleanness was below avarage, but the view was nice from the balcony. It’s okay for one night, but I wouldnt stay longer than necessary.

I have to stay I was a bit concerned when I was checking in. Many of the cars in the parking lot had serious cosmetic problems: damaged gas cover, very dented side, etc.. I worried about my car's safety at night. The room itself has a few issues too, including a light switch that didn't work and a very crooked mirror that looked as if it were broken on the bottom and about to pop out of the frame. I reported that to the front desk so I don't get blamed for the issues (there is a $100 deposit) but maintenance was promptly called even though I didn't need it. The front desk staff were nice too. Other than that the room is actually pretty good for a budget motel. It's surprisingly spacious. You can charge your devices right from the bedside lamps. For one night in this insanely expensive area, it's pretty good value once you get past the cars. And nothing happened to my car so that's a relief!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This time around was much different. The carpet in the room was filthy, the tub was dirty and our morning meal was delivered without napkins or utensils. My wife enjoyed spreading cream cheese on a very cold bagel with her finger. Upon check out I was told that I couldn't check out and get a credit for my deposit until housekeeping inspected the room. REALLY... Don't stay here, there is great lodging near by!

It had a lake out back but you couldn't enjoy sitting cause people were walking dogs and picking up poop Relaxing on the balcony in the mornings having coffee

The staff was friendly but the accommodations are very shabby. The door to the room constantly stuck, the sink backed up every time I used it, hairs were left behind in the shower (ew) and the toilet kept running. This place needs an overhaul!
