Problem checking in and out
No one to check us out as we had a very early flight home and auto check out wasn’t working so had to leave room cards inside the door
No tea or coffee despite there being tea and coffee making facilities
No milk etc
Room clean and staff friendly and good location in terms of city sights

"This was my second stay here, and it was just as excellent as the 1st time. Great staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms for business travel. Great food and proper breakfast. Wonderful spa. There are other options to choose from in this area, but I would happily stay again."
