Nicole was particularly helpful with lots of help and advice about attractions and local restaurants (for Peking Roast Duck - rude not to try it!). Also close to shopping if that's your thing. "Our stay at four seasons was great, all of the staff were so friendly and we were lucky to get a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath tub looking out to the city. The facilities such as the pool, hot tub and sauna were well maintained and lovely to spend some of the evening in after a long day visiting some of the amazing sites.
