This was my first all-inclusive experience and it did not disappoint. Very clean resort with a high level of quality of room and facilities. The food options were great too.

A mi mama y ami nos gusto todo del Hotel, las instalaciones, la playa, el mar, la comida, y en especial sus empleados fueron lo maximo, muy atentos y serviciales, especialmente rescato la atención de: Erick de la Cruz quien fue nuestro mayordomo. En la playa la atención de Edwin de seguridad, y los salvavidas Moises y Tony. Tambien Ronezay de Beach Concerje. Y del restaurante de la playa a Julia y Jenifer, muy bellas.

The property was very nice. This was our second year in a row visiting. We love it here. Lots of incredible food, friendly staff, and great beach access. The spa is also fantastic, with lots of amenities. We had some trouble with cleanliness. The room would be lightly cleaned, but it seemed to never get a deep clean. Some dirt on the walls, etc. Nothing too concerning, but rooms could use a deep clean.
