"Friendly staff, great views of lake and mountains, walking tracks left from the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problem to turn heating on in our room. No real bar service during day. The half bottle of wine I bought was very poor (we tipped it out!) Food in restaurant is very average and there’s no where ..."

"Amazing place, amazing location. Excellent service. We attended the llao llao tea, the room is perfect with breathing view. Our only observation is that there are too many sweets in the buffet and ver few salty options."
