"Fraoch House is a sweet place. It's older and has charm. Matthew the host was solicitous and eager to please. We had breakfast one morning and it was excellent. Our room was adequate. Lack of a plug convenient to one side of the.bed and.odd chairs that tipped over when we sat in them were drawbacks. The location was a disappointment. "The guest house is located in a quiet residential area a block away from a commercial road and easily accesible to/from the city centre. The bus stops are right in front of the house and it only takes 15 mins to get to the centre. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. The room we got was spot on with everyting needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated. Ms. Margaret (host) is wonderful and very eager to help with anything you might need. "

"The toilet needs fixing in room #6 it woobles.You have to open the toilet door before you can open the shower door.It needs a redo.Because the proprty is quite old and not soumdproof you will hear the other guest noise.You are lucky if you have a considerate guestmate.The good thing is they provide you coffee in the room with a kettle to heat the water."
