Property has a great pools and a water park. Room was a great size, however for the price point some items were a bit banged up or not functioning.
Telephone did not work.
Fridge and stove were banged up.
Master bathroom receptacle was coming off the wall.
Fitted sheet was missing on one bed.
Pool staff were excellent.
House keeping were responsive.
Front desk manager was not very polite when requested a 11am check out, which was offered two days before check out.
Would have rated overall stay 4 stars but room above was hammering on our floor everyday at 8am for 6 days straight.
You are staying at a resort geared for kids so keep that in mind.
Resort is a 20 minute drive to Theme parks and less than 10 minutes to all grovery and drug stores. Medical service is also nearby.

Great hotel and loved that we had so much space. The pool was great. There is also a convenience store on property so that was great too.

"Nice resort. Not many complaints. Only 2 things my family and I didnt like was 1. The breakfast line is extremely long. With the amount of guests that go in the morning they should have a least another lane/section for food. You have to wait in a long line to even seeve yourself. 2. If you dont park ..."

"The side table next to the right side of the bed had coffee stains on it that had not been cleaned. otherwise the room was very clean. I would go to this hotel again."
