Coventry business trip
"Hotel was good value. Bit tired and ciukd do with a good clean. But was quiet and peaceful and goodvalue for money. Leisure centre only opens at 8.30am after business guest had left and closed at 7.30pm. Suggest dont order the bar food. But would stay again for price location and peace and quier. ..."

15 Jul 2019Un-managed, poorly staffed, uncaring. No follow-up apologies even. Based on what we heard at reception from other guests, no air-con, fans, towels, Probably just as well we were put in a different hotel, despite inconvenience. Returning? No chance!
