When I called them to arrange an early check-in someone picked up the phone, said sth in Portuguese and hung up on me. Then I tried to message them and the response was come here and I will be given a room if available, but nothing about charging extra. When I went there I was charged 0.5 day for getting into the room 4 hours earlier, something that doesn't cost the hotel anything. In this trip I have been to 4 different hotels and the flight hours were so that I had to check-in early in all of them and it was 9nly this hotel that tried to make money out of it without informing me earlier when I contacted them. if I knew about it, I would have canceled the booking. The common areas in the hotel are gloomy and dark. The suit itself was spacious with interesting design and furniture. The light colored sofa in the room had turned into something grayish from being dirty. The pool on the 15th floor is not a swimming pool. It is practically a large tub that you can seat in.

O hotel fica no centro, os funcionários todos muito atenciosos e prestativos, o hotel é antigo, cama ruim, precisa de reformas. Quando chegamos no quarto tinha um pelo pubiano na tábua da privada. O café da manhã é bom, boa opção se vc precisa ficar no centro.

Great stay in Curitiba!
Very helpful staff and the breakfast was really well organised considering how COVID made it so difficult. Well located and easy access to attractions. Would recommend.

Double charging
Unbelievable. The hotel charged me the fare twice. It was supposed to be paid when I checked out, However it charged in 10 days after the reservation and charged again at checking out. The hotel said it was not charged twice and the hotels.com said they can't handle this matter and recommend me to contact the hotel directly. WDF.

Convenient and clean hotel
Only one night. Hotel looks fancier in pictures than in real life, but still pretty good. That claimed their had just refurbished the room we stayed in, but unfortunately overlooked putting power outlets by the bed... Pool area and small gym on the roof. Didn't use it, but had a nice view. Breakfast was typical brazilian, but with added eggs.

Good value!
I was only there for a couple of days, but it was a very good experience. The room was adequate, included breakfast was very good. There was a gym and pool on the 14th floor. Gym equipment was old and not in great shape, but it worked well enough. There was a tiny TV that I could not get to work and didn't bother to ask for help. I had 2 full size beds in my suite and they were adequately comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. The shower drain would drain slowly and water would spillover into the bathroom floor. For the most part, these are minor problems. The room was very inexpensive and most things were perfectly adequate, but hardly luxurious.

As fotos são muito mais bonitas do que o local efetivamente. É ok, bom de fácil acesso. O café da manhã é muito bom, atendimento do Marcos super cordial e atencioso. Mas eu acho que criei muita expectativa, é um hotel simples.

Pontos positivos: O hotel possui ótima localização, as acomodações eram bem limpas e o café da manhã era bom. A equipe do hotel foi prestativa e muito solicita. Pontos negativos: o quarto no qual fomos alocados nao condizia com as fotos apresentadas no anúncio, sendo muito mais velho, com móveis e armários embutidos quebrados ou danificados, e paredes manchadas e pintura antiga. Como mencionei acima, a equipe do hotel foi muito solicita e prestativa, porém notei falta de treinamento quando solicitei uma coberta a mais e durante a noite, recebi a resposta de que a camareira ja havia ido embora, e, por conta disso, não havia mais como atender minha solicitação.

Prezado Henrique, agradecemos sua avaliação. Sentimos pelo inconveniente da coberta. Realmente o setor de turismo, depois da pandemia, está com falta de mão de obra e, infelizmente, temos que treinar quem nunca antes trabalhou em hotel. Esse está sendo um problema no Brasil todo e que acaba gerando esse tipo de erro ( há cobertas disponíveis para o recepcionista ). Estamos atentos a esses problemas e fazendo treinamentos para evitá-los.

Boa estadis, ótimo atendimento. O hotel é bem antigo, mobília antiga, internet um sufoco pra fazer login (é limitado por andar, fiquei no 9 e tive que logar no 8), mas tem quarto espaçoso. Achei muito barulho da rua, deveriam colocar vidro duplo. Tb barulho do elevador que só leva 4 por vez. Café da manhã excelente.

São 4 estrelas cadentes! Quarto velho, cama ruim. O blackout da cortina não cobria a janela toda, com isso 6 da manhã já não dava pra dormir com a claridade. Cobram 25 por dia de estacionamento. Limpeza foi boa. Café da manhã bom, porém o salão parece que economizam na luz, só na penumbra. Quando cheguei não achavam a reserva, me pediram voucher do Hotéis.com, coisa que não existe. Além da rispidez do atendente. Apesar de ter estacionamento fácil ao lado, o atendente queria me obrigar a deixar a chave do meu carro para que colocassem o meu carro na outra garagem à noite, o que não gostei. NUNCA MAIS FICO NESSA ESPELUNCA!

Sr. Everton, certamente não havia nenhum produto estragado. Todos nossos produtos são frescos. Os pães e docês chegam às 5h da manhã. Os frios são gusrdados em câmara fria e respeitam os prazos de validade. Nunca tivemos reclamação de alguém que tenha passado mal devido a alimentação em nosso hotel. Além de que, a vigilância sanitária quando faz a vistoria, vem sem avisar. Se houvesse algo errado, não conseguiríamos a licença.

Hotel bem localizado próximo ao centro de Curitiba e ao Mercado Municipal. Atendimento excelente por parte dos funcionários. Café da manhã normal, sem nenhum contratempo. Instalações antigas e que necessitam modernização. Quartos muito amplos, banheiro limpo e espaçoso.

Bom hotel
O hotel em geral é bom, apesar de a estrutura ser bastante antiga - aparentemente estão reformando aos poucos. Embora as fotos do site mostrem quartos modernos, nem todos foram reformados. O banheiro estava impecavelmente limpo e a cama é confortável. O café da manhã é completo e bem servido. Fomos super bem atendidos, do check-in ao checkout. O único ponto negativo foi a internet, que infelizmente não conectou.

No geral o Hotel é ótimo. Três pontos que não gostei: 1 - Cartão chave, todo dia que chegava cansado ele simplesmente estava descarregado ai tinha que descer a recepção para trocar, no ultimo dia fui informado que não deveria deixar proximo ao celular.... Por que não avisar logo no check in. 2 - Não quero ser injusto, mas entre todos os funcionários do hotel apenas um não me prestou um bom atendimento, não gravei seu nome então dei boa nota pelos demais. 3 - Ponto negativo também para o serviço de estacionamento, pois deixaram o capô do meu carro aberto, graças a Deus percebi antes de pegar alguma rodovia e acabar sofrendo algum acidente.
