"Uhøfligt personale, de smiler ikke, soger ikke godmorgen/god aften/velkommen (i restauranten og baren) Sindssygt dårlige senge, vi døjede med ondt i ryggen hver morgen og måtte 2 gange til massør under vores ophold på 5 dage. Livredderen så sur ud fra vi kom til vi gik INTET personale kan engelsk! Virkelig utilfredstillende! Dejlig hunde venligt hotel, der stod to hubde senge da vi ankom. Rengøringen kunne man pege og lave fagter med mht. Rengøring af værelse. Virkeli venlig udstråligt trods...

"Nettes Hotel für Familien gut geeignet. Für Paarurlaube nicht ganz so ideal. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr klein und schnell überfüllt. Die Parkplätze sind extra zu bezahlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Möbel sind etwas billig und klemmen auch schon mal, aber man kann sich gut erholen und der Strand ist sehr schön."

"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. "We went off season to kołobreg. Very nice apartment, easy access to it and great surroundings- the sea is nearby, spa and sauna is comfortable and new built as well! Communication and the “free availability” of the parking space was a bit tricky. "
