«The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.»

«The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The team were extremely polite courteous and helpful. The restaurant is charming. This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !»

«The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). Overrated
"I think this hotel is overrated. I booked a room with kingsize-bed, but got two beds. Change of room not possible. Pros: Fridge and aircondition in the room, balcony and breakfast included. Not expensive and close to railway, metro and central bus station. Cons: Minibar had goods with date expired. Reception informed. Routines? Carpet in the room - vacuum cleaning poor, looks like never rinsed. Maintenance in general? The (wrong) bed gave me pain in the back, breakfast was served next door (no problem) where they didn't refill when I asked. Proper breakfast must be served all the time from start to end. And some grumpy people there. Overall not more than 7/10."
