Great location & property.

Clean home but needs some attention

Beautiful home overall but there is a lack of attention to detail/repairs. The refrigerator was not cooling below 44 degrees so we put our drinks on the porch. The theater screen did not have a connected source so even after following the instructions in the manual there was not a way to put on a movie. The deck going out to the hot tub was treacherous with several inches of ice. The hot tub itself is nice and clean but the second time we attempted to use it the hot tub wouldn’t heat up. For the price of renting this house we had an expectation of luxury. We still had fun on our trip and the host was very responsive to our concerns. I hope the property management repairs the items and the next guests stay will be more convenient and up to par with the paid price.

Home review

Was disappointed that no gas fireplaces worked. Gas was not connected. Tech in the home was outdated. The house itself was large and nicely located. Hot tub was large which was nice. Overall I would have liked to use more of the house potential.

Great House for a large ski vacation

Wonderful house, great layout, and close to the slopes. We comfortably housed 15 people for a ski vacation. The house has a wonderful layout where everyone can spend time together, or find a place to getaway.

Great Spring Break

We enjoyed our time at this house! We had multiple families and there was plenty of space. The location for skiing was great- a short walk (~3-5 mins) across the road to access the run. You do have to cross the road at the end of the run to access the Snowflake lift. For any non skiers- bus access was down the road at the lift- about at 15 minute walk. The house was well stocked with dishes and towels and property management was very responsive.

Overall Nice - recommend

Great view all around. Excellent communication with property management company. A few cleanliness issues and maintenance problems. Pillows old and uncomfortable in majority of the rooms. View was really perfect and we even got to see a fox every day. Location was amazing, with a narrow green run two houses away leading right to a lift. So convenient. Overall the house was a great fit but we wouldn’t stay again as we all had difficulty sleeping due to uncomfortable beds and pillows in most the rooms. Sleep is super important to us and considering it was difficult for the majority of us we would most likely stay else where for the sleep problems. But we do recommend the property as much more positive things then negative. They have two washers and two dryers which was fantastic as we had 5 children and 8 adults. The steam shower in the main master on the top floor was fantastic and the hot tub on the bottom floor was large enough to fit most of us.

Great location and great house!

We had a group of 10 guys and had plenty of room. The house was awesome. The hot tub was huge. The location was perfect. You could ski out by walking across the street and down a house to 4 o’clock run down to snowflake lift. You ski in up the road 1 house also on 4 o’clock run. Management was great and responsive.

Great Multi-Family Hub

The layout is smart, the furnishings are inviting, and views are soul-healing. We had everything we needed and more! Kitchen makes you want to stay in and cook. Lots of quiet nooks, and grand spaces for gathering. We absolutely loved it!

Excellent property for large family

We truly enjoyed this clean and well-appointed property. We requested and were granted an early check-in which was very helpful. Communication with management was quick and easy. Main-floor bedrooms worked great for the grandparents while the younger generation enjoyed the awesome lower-level with projection screen, hot-tub and plenty of games. Easy access to/from the mountain.

Easy booking and quick replies from both owner and property management company. Had a few small issues at check in but all were quickly resolved. Location was stellar for skiiers...easy slope access. For non skiiers, recommend renting a car to get into and around town and for dinners out. Uber was not readily available. Will definitely want to rent again!

Wonderful mountain home

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The fire pit and hot tub were a big hit. Plenty of towels and pans etc for our party of 13. I would say that while the house is walking distance to Main Street the walk back would be a serious hike! We never had any problems finding parking downtown though. Jordan was very responsive with the few things we needed. For example it was rather warm there our first day and the house didn’t cool as much as we would have liked overnight so he brought a couple box fans so each bedroom could have one. Was so prompt! Would definitely stay again.

Great Mountain Retreat

Property was well located, close to town, but on a quiet street up the hill. Tree views from back patios were wonderful, and the home was excellent overall - plenty of private spaces for a big group. A few issues keep it from reaching five stars, but nothing that can’t be easily taken care of by the responsive property managers.

A beautiful ski large ski home

House was beautiful. Plenty of different spaces. Kitchen has plenty of utilities, drip coffee maker, (no keurig), a large spice drawer, plenty of coffee. Could use more condiments and staples so we left ketchup, mustard, mayo, flour., sugar. Childrens bedroom door lock needs repair, and we shovelled driveway to be able to get 2 cars in. Lots of games for the kids downstairs, lots of sleds. Ski in is 3 houses up the road across the street and Ski out is down the road two houses and across the street. Excellent ski home for a large group. We will come back! Thank you

Breck review

The property was beautiful and the location was good. For the price I would expect that the property would be properly heated in a ski region. The home was cold in general and although it did get warmer when the property management company brought wood to make a fire in the living room it still was on the colder side. Some of the in floor heat didn’t work in the kitchen (Some tiles warm and some cold) and the upstairs bedrooms / bathrooms were 60 degrees or below at night. There was a gas fireplace in each bedroom but that is not something we felt comfortable leaving on all night long. There should have been another heat source in the upstairs bedrooms / bathrooms. If there was adequate heat for the upstairs I would stay again.

Amazing Stay at a Dream House!!

This is one of the best ski in/out houses I’ve ever stayed in by far! Even with most of the beds full, the house felt practically empty and the group had tons of space to relax. We watched movies on the awesome projector screen downstairs, spent a ton of time in the outrageously large and wonderful hot tub and got to meet some nice Moose, and of course took advantage of the ski in/out. Looking forward to another stay at Jordan’s property.

Annual ski trip

We had an amazing time at this incredible property. The hot tub was enjoyed as was the pool table on a daily basis. Only issue was when it says ski in/out I would expect to be much closer to the hill. For an older guy it was hard to get out in the morning and back to the chalet at days end. Overall an great city and mountain. Would definitely return to Breck!
