The unit was as pictured, but I'll never stay at a BIG FISH again! The floors were filthy! After a tub, the kids had black feet within an hour of just walking around the unit. The tile floors are dark, so it isn't obvious how filthy the unit was when we arrived. I sent pictures to the corporate text message service, and they offered to send a cleaning crew over. This was 8pm at night- VERY inconvenient given our young children. Also - the dishes are DIRTY. You can see they were never scrubbed but run through the dishwasher so there is caked on dried food. Finally, there isn't an extra blanket, sheet, or pillow in the unit. They boast a pull out sofa - that is covered in a FILTHY mattress cover and they don't provide any sheets or bedding for the couch. It was not usable. The check-in process is the worst one I have ever experienced. They bombard you with text messages, at least 8 of them trying to sell you on early check-in or late check-out. It is beyond obnoxious. Then they have the NERVE to demand guests remove all of their own trash, wash every dish and leave the unit clean. They threaten you with additional cleaning charges unless you do all of the work for them. Honestly, why am I paying a cleaning fee?! There isn't a single paper towel in the unit. We literally used toilet paper with our take out pizzas. The "complimentary" shampoo was filled with water. Yep. They clearly ran out of the microscopic bottles, so the cleaner filled with water.
