But things ran smoothly, maid service each day (which is nice), front desk check-in/out with Karin was speedy, breakfast was good-plenty of options even though it was packed with families. Walking distance to shops & restaurants-good location & safe! Easy to get to places around L’ville with no hassle of downtown hotels/parking/noise.»

«They haven't remodeled to supply easy access outlets by the bed. Need to reach down and under the wall mounted bedside shelf. The outlets are partially behind the shelf. So when you have multiple things to plug in by the bed its difficult. »

«The property was fine the staff was friendly. For the money I expected a little more. The couch in my room was uncomfortable and in the lobby area. I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional. »

«We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). We also learned from our friends whom we visited that the Hotel was going to change owners within the next month and that a major renovation/ tear-down was in the plans for this hotel. I would ...
