«The staff was amazing!! Upon check in, Kayla was super friendly. It was our first stay at this chain and she explained the snacks, dinner/drinks and the breakfast perfectly. As for our room, we got off to an odd start as the bed linens were pulled down. Jaz and Kayla moved us to another room. Same thing happened. We were moved to a third room and it was all good. Upon checking out, the general manager asked if everything was ok and I told him yes after the rough start. He apologized and ...

«Was glad to be able to stay here on my Christmas trip down to Alabama. It was a good "mid point" stop and right off the highway. They did have an indoor pool but I did not use it. I liked my 2nd floor cozy room and the breakfast in the morning was good as well. Check in was quick and easy, with a friendly welcoming staff. I would stay here again on future trips. There are a number of other hotels and restaurants in the area as well.»
