We enjoyed our stay! We wanted to be near everything but have quiet time too, which this place offered! The Villa was a good size for our family of 4. It was a corner lot. The three bedrooms were spacious and two of them had full bathrooms in them. The pool was a decent size and pool area had ample seating, with a covered area when it rained. We rented a car based on a review and we recommend it. The beach was about a 10 minute walk. It allowed us the flexibility to do what we wanted. We were close (5-15 minutes) from the excursions we planned in the Noord and Oranjestad areas. We had a great time in Aruba and highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Noord. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy some peace. The amenities were well thought out, and everything we needed was provided to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming, which made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great vacation

Overall, our stay was excellent. We utilized all the features the villa had to offer. I made great dinners on the grill, we swam in the pool several days and nights, washed dishes and clothes, and cooked in the kitchen. All appliances worked great. The stove is gas and needed a lighter to turn on. Luckily I found one in the kitchen drawer. Coffee pot and microwave also worked great. The toaster oven was a little crooked and cheap. We made the best of it and it toasted our bagels just fine. Beds were comfortable in all 3 rooms. No complaints from my kids. We rearranged the furniture a little bit to accommodate my family of 6. The table was in a secluded area so we moved it into the main living room where we usually gathered together. The pool was a bit dirty when we first arrived, but the maintenance crew has specific days they come to clean. Once that day came, the pool was cleaned and gorgeous! The house is located in a safe area and in walking distance to all the wonderful things Palm Beach has to offer. We rented a car and ventured out on multiple days then looked forward to coming back to the house to relax and enjoy the pool. The owner checked in on us one day and brought us extra blankets at my request. She was very accommodating and friendly. The memories I made with my family meant the world to me and I will definitely return to Aruba and this house!

Met expectations

Nice property in safe neighborhood.Stove was a surprise as we needed to light with a lighter and a couple of burners seems to not work right. Pool is outstanding. Good location but wouldn’t want to walk the distance to beach. Rental car worked well with this property as there was ample parking in private gated driveway. Overall met our needs and was well suited for our group of six.

Son’s wedding!

Loved the closeness to the resort my son was getting married in. It was 4/12 min. by car to the Holiday Inn. The pool and the private retreat it created was amazing. The weather is great for someone who enjoys it on the sultry side. We rented a car and it was nice to have a gated resort to park our car. With that said, the noise of the neighborhood dogs at night was hard to take. We have two dogs at home so I thought it would be no big deal. I sent a message to the manger and asked if there was anything we could do about the noise. I receive a standard reply to my message. It didn’t address what I had asked about. I also wished that they had a book/ guide to let you know how to access the tv. My streaming service from the states was not accessible and I wasn’t sure what cable/ streaming service they had. Only a night problem because who will be home watching tv on a beautiful day in Aruba. All in all it was a nice stay in Aruba. The last night my daughter and her husband and there11 month old son stayed with us. The hotel they were staying in was across from a nightclub and they had trouble sleeping. We suggested they spend the night with us. Luckily there was a port a crib for him, so it worked out nicely. All in all I would rate it a 7 out of 10.

Very nice house in excellent Palm Beach Aruba location

The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was very easy. Pool area was wonderful for relaxing and tanning. We rented a car which I highly recommend so you can see all of the island and go to the wonderful restaurants on the island. The only complaint was there were not any paper towels, dishwasher detergent or extra garbage bags. There were also dogs barking from a neighbor’s house across the street that started around 10pm for about an hour and then again at 1am. This complaint was in other reviews so it wasn’t a surprise. Other than that the house was perfect for 2 couples to spend a relaxing vacation.

Highly recommended

My wife and I are in our mid-seventies; we've rented many villas over the years in Europe, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific and the Caribbean, both for multi-generational holidays and for just the two of us. This villa was up there with the best of them. We had a few issues on arrival but these were resolved promptly and efficiently despite some difficulties communicating with the management team. Some of these issues should have been reported by previous guests, as it was obvious that they hadn't occurred the day we arrived. There are two supermarkets just a 5 minute walk away (even for 75/76 year-olds in 33 degree sun); turn left out of the gate, take the first left, walk past the waste ground and through the gap by Wendy's. Both supermarkets are on the left, stocking packaged and fresh food, beer, wine and spirits. Pika’s Corner, a local cafe is just over the road.

Great stay

When we first got to property we had some difficulties with toilet refrigerator and instructions on how lights and jacuzzi works. Very impressed all issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. New toilet, bags of ice and in person instructions on utilities at house. The only thing I will say is some appliances need a little upgrade and the jacuzzi area needs resurfacing sheet you lean your back on. But if I came back to Aruba or had friends coming I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was just as advertised. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed dining outdoors in the evening! Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The location was great - walkable to some nice restaurants and not far from Palm Beach. Check-in process super easy. Would definitely stay here again! We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children.
