The fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space and all the essentials for preparing meals, while the adjacent dining area provides seating for the whole group.



Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a bunk bed in the upstairs loft, and a sofa bed in the living room—perfect for families or small groups. The loft also offers a cozy nook for reading or gaming. Throughout the chalet, thoughtful touches and comfortable furnishings create a relaxing environment.



Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub and firepit—ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking or exploring Gatlinburg’s world-famous attractions. Guests also have access to Chalet Village’s shared amenities, including seasonal outdoor pools, playgrounds, clubhouses, and a community sauna. A guest card provided in the unit unlocks discounts at local restaurants and shops.



The nearby Chalet Village Market offers snacks, beverages, and even pizza delivery, making it easy to stock up or satisfy cravings without leaving the neighborhood. We provide 24 hour access to enter the home using an electronic door code with contactless check-in .



The Neighborhood:

You can head up the hill to Ober Gatlinburg or down the hill to be in downtown. This is the Great Smoky Mountains so know that you will be driving up and on some twisty roads. It's an adventure worth taking!



Getting Around:

If you're heading to the park, make your way down ski mountain and turn right once you get to Cici's Pizza. You'll see the visitors center and can pick up all sorts of info on hikes and scenic trails. If you're heading to downtown, you have a few options. You can head up to Ober Gatlinburg and take the aerial tram into downtown. There is a fee for parking and the tram itself. Get close to the window. The view is great!

The next option is to head down the hill and you'll find lots of options for paid parking. Okay, shhh...I'm going to tell you a secret. Turn left when you get to Cici's on River Road. There is a little bit of free parking here. You might get a spot if you start early in the day. If not, the best deal in town for short term parking is Downtown Parking right next to Tom and Earl's Back Alley Grill, also on River Road. It's cash only and $2.00 per hour. Everything else in town is generally a flat rate of $15 or $20, which is great if you're staying all day.

Another option is to take the trolley. The trolley doesn't come to the chalet but there is free parking at the visitor center and you can ride the trolley for free.

Lastly, you can Uber to Ober. Haha! See what I did there?



Other Things to Note:

**Please note that the hot tub is currently not operational until further notice. We are actively working on a solution, and this notice will be removed once a replacement has been scheduled. If you have any questions, please reach out to Guest Services.**

The driveway is extremely steep and a 4WD or AWD is recommended.

We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. NO PETS ALLOWED!

*Community Resort pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
