Hotel is old and dated. The windowsill had mold on it and the bathtub drain was slow and after my daughter showered hair shavings from a previous visitor came up and lined the tub. Staff was friendly

AVOID GOING WITH KIDS… The person taking care of the breakfast section was rude and doesn’t know how to behave with kids and i felt biased.. when my daughter took few extra butter and jams she immediately came and asked does she need so much in a very rude tone and said “ Everything is Counted For”. My daughter who is 5yr old got so scared of her she kept on staying away from her and was terrfied of her presence. On the other hand she was handing out butter packs in bulks to other customer without them asking for it and letting them fill their large Coffee jugs. She was very rude old lady. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU PLANNING TO GO WITH KIDS.

Thank you for your review, I can help clarify things for you. Using a third party website such as any travel agency will omit the hotel from making any changes to your reservation, as it was not booked directly with us. Any and all changes must be made through the company you booked with, unfortunately. On the site it does state that we require a valid credit card to check in, I apologize if that got missed. Tons of parking.Continental breakfast with waffles.The room is clean and spacious with a coffee maker,microwave and fridge.The pool is heated and has a hot tub and kids pool.No elevator but it’s only 2 floors.Staff are friendly and check in is always quick.There is an attached bar

The food offer in the restaurant and for the complimentary breakfast was simply terrible. I will never again eat there again.

Bathtub has moldy cocking and grout. Hallways smelled heavily of someone smoking Marijuana. The smell made it into the room and took over 24hrs to clear out. The continental breakfast on the weekend was not open until 8am, compared to most hotels at 6 or 7am. No hair conditioner provided in the room, only a shampoo and a lotion.

Thank you for your review! We will have the room shut down to have it re-caulked. I do apologize that you smelt cannabis. We do have an odor eliminator spray that we can freshen up the halls with if it's ever an issue. As we are a different hotel than all the others, we do have different policy's in place. Weekends are 8am so our guests can sleep in a bit and not miss out on breakfast. I will pass along the earlier start to kitchen for further discussion. We have the shampoo, hand soap, facial soap, and lotion. We always have extra at the front desk if you need. We appreciate your feedback! all the best in your future travels.

I had a poolside room and it was awesome. The breakfast is typical but very good. Bar attached to the hotel with VLT's, pool tables and big screen TV's. Fresh Co within 100 steps if you want to buy stuff for your room. Superstore across the street with liquor store.

$200.00 dollar deposit is ridiculous, already paying over 200 to sleep and try to have a nice evening in the city to shop and enjoy an outing on the town !

My son liked the jacuzzi. We arrived and no lift so we need to carry all our luggage and stuff going upstairs. All the stairs are disgusting. Not cleaned at all. Their coaches and chairs have lots of dogs pee mark and it smells. Breakfast..not impressed.

In our first room, the tv’s only accessible HDMI port was damaged. The other port was facing out the back of the tv, and inaccessible because the tv is solid mounted to the wall. The TV’s are old, and do not have streaming apps on them. We were told they’d recently had a bunch of new TV’s installed, but this obviously wasn’t one. It still used RCA connectors. We’d brought a firestick, but couldn’t use it in this room. Even though the housekeeping checklist includes ensuring all electronics work, they definitely don’t check anything. We also had two electrical outlets that didn’t work. We were switched to another room, so had to pack our things to relocate. This room had a working HDMI port. But the fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress. So the sheet came off and was useless. Our experience in dealing with the tv issue left me doubting their ability or interest to remedy the sheet issue. So we just dealt with it. I won’t stay here again. It’s a dated hotel that needs some upgrades.

I understand plenty of places have those streaming services available, we don't advertise that as a service as we do not have those available on our televisions. I apologize that we were unaware that there were further sheet issues in the second room. We would have been happy to find a solution for you.
