Stunning Pacific Ocean Views! This perfectly located beach front property boasts over 6 miles of sandy shoreline ideal for long strolls on the beach! The Tradewinds Market is located down the street. Pick up the essentials to grill on the BBQ located steps away then enjoy al fresco dining for four on your private lanai. Feel the refreshing Maui breezes and take in the scents of the Hawaiian foliage throughout the manicured property. Keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round and watch for Humpback Whales when in season.

As you enter this thoughtfully designed and newly renovated ground floor condo, be amazed by views of the Pacific Ocean just yards away from your living room. This 1 bed, 1 bath unit has a new Queen sleeper sofa to comfortably seat up to 4, ceiling fans throughout, flat screen cable TV and high speed Internet and WIFI- all offered complimentary. Brand new AC unit in the living room for those few days each when the Tradewinds are more calm.

The fully equipped kitchen has high end stainless steel Miele appliances and granite counters. Well stocked for the home chef to cook up their favorite meals. Dining table for 4 inside or enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai with sunset views. The cozy bedroom offers a California King bed. No AC in the bedroom but louvered window slats allow Ma'alaea's notorious winds to naturally cool the room. The bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway with a gorgeous title remodel and updated vanity as well as a rainfall shower/tub. To make your stay even easier, there is a full-sized washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs and free parking.

The complex features an oceanfront pool and the only hot tub in Ma'alaea! There is gated beach access or take a short five-minute walk South to Haycraft Park where you can walk for five miles across white sandy Sugar Beach. If you are lucky to visit during a strong South swell, you will be able to watch surfers flocking to the World Famous Ma'alaea Pipeline! Grab a chair and head down to the beach to take it all in or enjoy from the comfort of your private lanai.

Ma’alaea Banyans is located in the heart of Maui near Ma'alaea Harbor and is the perfect starting point for exploring the island. Centrally located on Maalaea Bay, from this complex you can quickly be in Lahaina, Kahului or Kihei. Also a great location to enjoy a peaceful evening watching the picturesque sunsets while taking in natures splendid panorama. From your condo, you can walk to the Ma’alaea Bay shops, restaurants and the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. The harbor is close by to enjoy early morning snorkel adventures or lovely cocktail cruises. Also just moments away, find the Maui Golf and Sports Park with mini golf, bumper boats, X-treme trampoline and rock climbing. King Kamehameha Golf Resort is a short drive away, along with the Maui Tropical Plantation and famed Millhouse Restaurant.

The property grounds and views were spectacular and well maintained. Unfortunately, the interior description/pictures are misrepresented. Main room furnishings have been changed and the vanity and sink in the bathroom are not as pictured.

Ma’alea is great

The condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs & mat and small cooler. Condo is located in an ideal spot to hit up all sides of Maui without being stuck in a tourist area. Local bar has happy hour from 12-6 pm daily with an amazing view of the harbor!! Definitely would stay here again

Unforgettably great stay!!

Nothing but great things to say about our stay at Maalea Banyans. Check-in/Out process was very streamlined, room was very clean upon arrival, and the management was very professional by being available at any time while leaving us to our peace and quiet at all times. Turtles to QUIETLY observe every evening without fail, friendly cats that will come spread love every now and then, sounds of the ocean less than 100’ from our patio day and night, and overall quiet environment to enjoy 24 hours of every day. Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the island looking for peace and quiet with the best type of Island-feel you can get. First place we’ll be checking availability for from here on when planning trips to Maui 👌

No beach anymore but able to walk to one in 10 minutes. There are some pictures on websites showing beach. Well maintained and all conveniences. 20 minute walk to harbour.

Condo unit

Even tho the bath had been remodeled/updated, the unit was a bit dated. The curtains were not properly affixed to the slides, the louvered glass shutters we dirty with cob webs, the door jams were scuffed up, the TV channels would go off and back on, there were two coffee pots, one was missing the drip container and the table top had some swollen wood, needs refinished.

Wonderful two-week stay

We loved the quiet central location of this condo. It was great being on the ground floor for ease of access to the lawn and BBQ area. The condo was clean and well stocked. We could see whales from the back patio. Would definitely stay again.

Great little condo

Nic updated kitchen and bath. Liked the ground floor location. Needs a beach umbrella and one more beach chair (has 2 camping chairs which are heavy and not really beach chairs per se) Other than that well equipped. We loved it.

Awesome condo and the view is incredible

Aloha! This condo was spotless and had everything I needed for a great stay in Maui. Also very close to several great adventures on and under the ocean. Took a snorkling/snooba trip from the marina right next door. 10 min walk was great in the morning to the harbor. The grilling area was very clean as well. I will definitely stay here again when my travels bring me to Maui.

Nice location and place

Couple of minor things needed fixing. Worst part was the linens didn’t seem clean and had a bad odor. The place smelled like mildew. Nice water views but if you’re laying out outside, the bushes hide the views a bit.

needs work.

The bathroom is a total screw up. No fan, check for mold, no grab bar in the shower in case of slipping, no mat for floor to prevent slippage, no counter space and the water tap is beyond anything. No way to check temperature. No way to get water in the sink. The lighting in the kitchen is becoming quite dangerous. The search light in the livingroom doesn't help either. The patio door glass and the mirrors on the lanai haven't been cleaned in a very long time. We bought rubber mat for tub, mat for floor, light bulbs and got the Mgr to put new batteries in the TV.

great, cozy place, perfect location

I loved our stay in this condo. It was a perfect location for our family to explore the island, very close to ocean center as well as the harbour, where the snorkelling/snuba ships take off from. the condo itself had all the needed amenities for us, including beach chair and towels, only thing I missed was an umbrella. beautiful lawn outside to chill during the day (the sun is there during the day, some shade only early mornings and evenings), a lot of turtles comjng to the beach! we stayed with a toddler who slept with us, so we had no extra stuff like travel bed or hugh chair etc. but if you need it just go on babyquip, great possibility to rent whatever you need for babies. even if it could have been more clean, I liked it a lot and would love to come back, it’s a place to be here in Maui! property manager is super helpful to give you any possible hints where to go, what to do, etc.! Mahalo!

Loved our stay

This property had everything needed for a great stay! Full kitchen, washer and dryer, beach towels and bag. The best part was waking up to the sound of waves right outside our lanai. Definitely would come back!!

Great place!

This condo and property are just as advertised! We loved the location- between Kihei and Lahaina. It is quiet, with a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw many whales and turtles from our lanai. There is no beachfront but a beautiful beach is a short walk away. We loved the pool and hot tub on the property.

Nice time in Maui

The view from the patio was incredible. We enjoyed the condo. The bedroom was warm and my husband slept on the couch a few nights. Other than that, it was great.

A great stay!!

We stayed for 9 nights, it was a beautiful clean property. Check in and out instructions were simple and clear. I loved Maalaea in Maui, it was peaceful but a short drive to some busier beaches and places. Beach bums down the road was a great spot for bar and food. Communication with the owner was very easy, highly recommend this stay!
