Veldig bra
God service og veldig bra rom. Personalet hjalp med det vi spurte om med en gang. Hotellet var nyoppusset og ga en fin atmosfære. Veldig god seng med tre ulike putestr, så her bør du finne en som passer. Utrolig deilig dusj (dobbelt dusjhodet).

Smooth and welcoming experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although there were relatively few guests, everything was running as it should.

Nice hotel in Old Town
Perfectly located in quite part of Old Town with restaurants and bars "around the corner". Friendly and service minded staff and nice room, although, somewhat small. Breakfast Food could improve and selection and quality not 5-star. We will be back.

Brukt dette hotellet mange ganger. Ligger perfekt til med tanke på restaurant/bar besøk. I øvre prisklasse, men vært hver en krone. rene rom, gode senger, bra frokost, og top service fra personell. kommer tilbake snart:)

God beliggenhet ved gamlebyen
Hotellet har en veldig bra beliggenhet rett ved gamlebyen. Rommet var veldig fint, god seng, og fint stort bad. Personalet var vennlig og hjelpsom. Vi fikk tips til sted å spise som var veldig bra. Hotellet var under oppussing mens vi var det men det var ikke til noen sjenanse.

Flott beliggenhet men elendig service...!
Fint, gammelt hotell med bra beliggenhet - men veldig, veldig langt fra å være et 5 stjerners hotell. Viktigste årsak er svært lite service innstilt personale. Vi bodde fem netter på hotellet, og opplevde ikke en eneste gang å bli tilbudt kaffe til frokost. I stedet ble man henvist til lang kø ved en kaffeautomat - som på en billig kaferteria. Pålegg stod fremme uten kjøling, så alt var svett og ekkelt. Dette er kun små eksempler, men representerer det gjennomgående service nivået på dette hotellet.

God service.Følte at de gjode litt ekstra for at vi skulle få våre ønsker ang. rom og fasiliteter oppfyllt. God frokost, og service innstillt betjening. Spa/gym var lite, men ikke trangt, og fungerte utmerket. Tilhørende Spabehandlingssenter var ypperlig. Koste oss masse, og kommer gjerne igjen

Likte: Renhold, overnattingsstedets bygg og tilstand og romkomfort
Helt OK, men ikke topp.
Dette var et fint hotel, men slitt. 5* kan diskuteres. Service i resepsjon var bra, men dårlig i restaurant. Hotellet ligger i det dyre strøket i Vilnius, så derav norske priser. Spaet var utrolig bra, verdt et besøk.
