Great location, very nice room, and the bed was amazing. The only drawback was that it was not easy adjusting the temperature in the room.

We are terribly sorry to see that we failed to meet these expectations during your visit with us due to a few issues you encountered. I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations during your stay due to the heat in your room. To reduce the negative impact on the environment the majority of hotels in Stockholm do not count on an air conditioning system. And unfortunately, due to Security reasons, only the rooms with a balcony have windows that you can open. We are working together with our maintenance department on different solutions for our ventilation system so that we may have the possibility of lowering the temperatures.Once again, we are truly sorry for your experience and the inconvenience this caused. From the moment you enter til the moment you leave, you are taken care of the best possible way. Hotel is luxurious but not posh, witch is good. If there is one small problem, it is that the beds are so nice, that you might miss your breakfast, even if breakfast is open til 11, I did;-) Highly recommended

Frokost - nei det er ekstra.
Greit og sentralt, men bassen fra utestedet på takterrassen trakk det hele litt ned. Det var også litt overraskende at vi måtte betale ekstra for frokost når vi hadde krysset av for frokost på Holtels.com sin hjemmeside. 1.600,- i lærepenge der altså. Oppholdet ble totalt sett dyrere enn hva man først var forespeilet. Nesten gang, sjekk hotellet sin hjemmeside.

Rommet ble ikke rengjort den første dagen. Den andre dagen var det redd opp, men hodeputene hadde ikke blitt puffet opp, bare lagt som en krøll på plass. Dårlig til å være et 5* hotell. Tapt seg siden forrige besøk i 2019.

Veldig varme rom forstyrrer nattesøvnen.
Min mann og jeg overnattet 3 netter på dette hotellet. Alt var meget bra utenom en ting; grusomt varmt på rommet! Dette medførte dårlig nattesøvn for våres vedkommende. Prøvde å skru ned temperaturen, men gikk kun an å skru ned 3 grader, og når det i tillegg viste seg at det skrudde seg opp igjen, muligens da vi tok ut nøkkelkortet da vi gikk ut, var det ganske håpløst. Vi tenkte ikke på det og gikk neste natt friskt i møte i håp om at det i allefall ville være litt kjøligere. Det ble værre en verst, 23 grader er for mye for oss som liker å ha det ganske kjølig. Ingen mulighet til å åpne vinduer. Bodde på et superiorrom. Sa i fra til personalet etter andre natta, og de var meget imøtekommende og beklaget dette på det sterkeste. De ga oss en oppgradering til et deluxerom med balkong og avslag i prisen på frokost, som kompensasjon. Da hadde vi en god natt når vi kunne lufte med balkongdøren. Beklageligvis er nok dette årsaken til at vi ikke vil velge dette hotellet ved et senere besøk i Stockholm. Det var ingenting maintenance kunne gjøre for å få temperaturen ned, så eneste mulighet er å booke et mye dyrere rom så man kan få balkongdør å åpne, med mindre man liker å sove i opptil 23 varmegrader (minimum 20)... Veldig synd, for hotellet er så flott og frokosten noe av det beste! Ikke med et stort utvalg, men alt oser kvalitet, smaker fantastisk, og man har akkurat det man trenger. Plusspoeng for mindre matsvinn da! Fantastisk service og Dimitri må trekkes ekstra fram her.
